Voice is distorted. Not a good value.
Not for me... I did tons of research and reviews lead me to this system. I regret my purchase as it doesn't work well for what I need. We have a large 2 story home, I bought this to communicate with my kids without having to scream. Our voices are distorted and we have to repeat ourselves nearly every time. The boxes look cheap and feel cheap. Every week or so I have to unplug and plug them back in to reset. I wouldn't recommend.

Works Great and at a great value!
I have 4 offices in the corner of a building and I have 3 of these devices in use right now. One at my chief estimator's desk, one at my service dispatch desk and one at my desk. They work great! No more yelling across the hall or thru the wall to ask a question. The pick up on the voice is so good you can speak normally and have a conversation. I would recommend these for interoffice for sure.

OK product, terrible customer service
One of the units just quit on me - wouldn't take power, a little after 6 months after we bought these. We tried contacting the seller (Tekey) multiple times and they just would not respond - so don't count on their useless "lifetime warranty"! I contacted them in February, April and June and then again a couple of days ago - with the sum total of one response. After the return window is passed (6 months) Amazon can't really help you either, although, they did eventually, after many hours with support, help me get an acceptable solution (because you really can't beat Amazon's customer service in the end!).The sound that these units gives out is crackly and muffled but does the job of getting someone's attention (we use them to communicate with our teenagers in our house), and for the money is OK.If I were buying again, I'd probably go with a more expensive set because you do, in this case, get what you pay for and these things are cheap plastic with not-that-great sound.Buyer beware.

These work great!
These are great. Bought because my wife is loosing her hearing. So if I’m in the kitchen I can call her if she is in the bathroom instead of screaming her name. I wish I had these when we had our 4 kids. Life would have been less frustrating!

Good but with a flaw
These are good and I'm going to give them 4 stars... but they really need to improve the plug in the back. It is VERY easily knocked out and doesn't stay in place. I have two that are perfect and two that are awful. Too late to send back.

Poor
All of the charging ports to every single box became loose and now are defective after about 2 months. No happy whatsoever and unable to use the machines now. Customer service is non-existent as well. I’m now stuck 4 boxes of plastic garage to recycle as is seems I won’t be getting new or refunds. Grossly dissatisfied.

DON'T BUY IT WASTE OF MONEY
Pieces of crap plugs don't fit it comes out all the time it's so irritating money wasted.
