Biocaf coffee machine cleaner keeps my coffee maker descaled and working like new. I have a MocaMaster drip coffee maker, and this product is recommended by MocaMaster for cleaning it. I use the Biocaf every time I use a hundred pack of my MocsMaster coffee filters. After I descale my coffee maker, I use the Biocaf solution in my electric tea kettle. It removes all the discoloration from the bottom of the kettle and the Infuser basket. So I get double duty from each Biocaf packet. I highly recommend this product.

Highly effective. My coffee maker got another manufacture's descale and cleanser tablet every three months over four years. The carafe was black inside. I ran one packet through and you can see from the picture what came out of my coffee maker and carafe! I was sunned how filthy it was.

I did not realize how dirty my coffee machine was until I ran this cleaner through it and everything sparkled: the inside and the pot. You do have to follow the directions and run three cycles of water through afterwards, because its suds up fairly well when you run the cleaner. Three cycles of water plus one of cleaner seemed a little time consuming to clean my coffee machine, but the end result was well worth it. My only hang-up is the caution against using vinegar as older generations did. I am not sure if this works better, since I did not want to risk vinegar (per machine manufacturer's instructions). Perhaps this means I am paying more for something I could do for cheaper. However, I am pleased with the result.

I’ve been using this stuff in my Mocha Master for several years and have no issues with the coffee maker. I use this every other month and then use a descaling mix on the alternating months. My coffee always tastes good. Using only filtered water to brew coffee also helps keep machine clean

Used this product, recommended by the manufacturer, to clean a Moccamaster stainless steel coffee carafe that had years of coffee residue build up that could not be cleaned due to the narrow carafe opening. Used one packet and let it soak for several hours. When I pour it out of the carafe, the liquid was so dark, it was like coffee itself! The carafe was SPARKLING CLEAN and LIKE NEW! There is no bad odor from the solution, but rinse well before using. The box only comes with 3 packets. It’s pricey but was worth it because it really cleaned out the build up in the carafe without any scrubbing.

The inside of this carafe was completely caked in old coffee residue before I ran this through our machine. I let the hot water + cleaner sit in the carafe for an hour or two and it rinsed away completely clean, as can be seen in these photos. I truly could not believe my eyes; lord only knows what nastiness it cleaned out of the machine itself! Will absolutely buy and use again. I am extremely impressed!

Although it is recommended for my coffee machine, it was ineffective on 2 consecutive descalings. I used a different descaled which worked far more efficiently

Wow, it actually worked. Whatever is in this product really cleans up the coffee gunk. Don’t throw out the solution that is left in the coffee pot. Used it to clean up my coffee cups and other things in the kitchen that have stains on them. It's like a magic eraser! But better.
