Best pill splitter I've had. Just got it today, to replace an old one with a broken hinge. It was superiority was apparent, immediately. First, silicone lining inside, to "grip" the pill/tablet, so it doesn't slip and slide (very clever, and much appreciated since I've lost countless "halves" over the years). Second, the blade; my old one always split tablets with one side being very concave, the other very convex. Particularly if there was no perforation. This one cut a non-perforated tablet cleanly and flawlessly in a near-perfect straight line, right down the center, with little effort. Third, the casing is large enough (can hold extras if need be; certainly the other half/quarters easily) and quite strong for what it is (looks like a large perforated tablet; cute design that snaps shut quite securely, yet opens with ease) and a good shape that is a comfort to hold and carry; never realised any of this mattered, but my goodness, it is so appreciated. Especially if you have trouble with your hands (RSI, carpal tunnel, arthritis...like myself). An excellent price for an excellent device. 🙂

Easy to use, have one for human meds and dog meds. Cut well, sharp, not too messy, good design.

Not too sure about this - it does work and cuts the pills in half but you have to position them really carefully and it better suited for larger pills - smaller ones would love and then the cut would not be evenly placed - also the pills you have cut are able to move back from the storage into the cutting section so you can end up with them chopped on half again - all very messy & I just hope the pharmacist is able to get hold of the correct dose in future as I wouldn’t want to keep doing this

Ottimo anche per chi ha problemi di vista o di manualità: l’uso è semplice e sicuro. L’ho provato su diversi tipi di compresse e il taglio è sempre stato netto e preciso, cosa fondamentale per rispettare il dosaggio. Un prodotto che fa esattamente quello che promette, con ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Lo consiglio a chiunque abbia bisogno di tagliare pillole con regolarità o in modo occasionale.
