My son is a college football player we're looking for something that can add a few calories while picking up some protein we were in a regular weight gainer by rule one which is third party check which we really love but he was a little sloppy for his liking we went into this clean Gainer for him it's been near 3 weeks and already results are starting to come through losing the little ring around the waist and adding size and weight to the muscles mixes well in a regular tumbler with cold milk or water makes great smoothies with frozen bananas and strawberries I would say mixability is about a seven or eight out of 10 taste is about a 8 to 10 out of 10 quality is through the roof ingredients are more than fair definitely a top shelf when it comes to clean gainers rule one as a whole with their products is Top Shelf little extra info my son says he has very little to no discomfort in his gut and does not get gas from this product definitely a big plus LOL

Probably the best tasting mass gainers I ever tasted. I had quick mass which was really good in taste until the company changed the formula. Many more like Prime mass, Serious mass, Mass tech, All mass and more. The ingredients are good quality and the carb complex is clean with fiber oats and others. The serving size is a bit small. But if you add 1 cup of whole milk with water it mixes pretty good and the 1 cup of milk adds 160 calories with an extra 8 grams of protein. I hope this company keeps the same ingredients for a while. Will definitely order again.

left my previous brand since they raised the price from 53$ too 80$. Flavor is a little chalky, but good enough to swollow. Wish they would sweeten it a tad bit. but for the price it's acceptable. mixing it with milk bananas peanut butter and other things for a smoothie. Still tastes a smidgen chalky with all that added, but again it's acceptable for the price.

I mix this with ice cream and a little milk, it tastes like a chocolate shake, and I have gained 5 lbs so far.

Post workout I use a 90cc scoop of this gainer which is roughly 30 gram of carbs and 10 grams of protein. I add 25 grams of my usual whey protein and creatine. This gives me the post workout carbs, a little extra protein and extends the gainer servings to 45. I'm a main gainer. This has been working well for me.
