Nice display. Easy sync. GPS is quick.
I've been using an iGPS630 for about a year now and liked it a lot. It's easy to use and worked well but I damaged it in a wreck. I bought the BSC300 to try something new and a little cheaper. It seems to obtain GPS faster from start. It is really impressive since it got GPS position inside my garage with the door closed. I usually have to go outside first. The display is very nice and easy to see day and night. I love the standard mount and the type C charge port. I dislike having proprietary mounts and charge adapters like some other computers. The iGPSport app for android is easy to use. My Samsung Galaxy A53 paired with the BSC300 instantly with the requisite permissions and Bluetooth access required. There are some setting on the app but the same are available on the computer. The buttons are easy to figure out. I like the revised main menu as compared to the iGS630.I also paired a cadence sensor from POWR Labs and a heart rate monitor from Moofit. The BSC300 picked them both up instantly and pulled in data with ease.I haven't used the radar warning as I don't have a radar yet.My damaged iGS630 is the current flagship and has a slightly larger screen. I really don't miss it though and find the BSC300 more than adequate. I can't think of anything I need that's not here. It's a great little computer with an excellent display.

Feature Packed Bike Computer
I’ve been using my new BSC300 for a few days now, and I love it! Here are the highlights:The Good:Very customizable and intuitive interface. You can set many different data points on each of the scrollable page tabs.Clear display, even in the bright sun. The display is bright and crisp, even in direct sunlight. It will also automatically switch to light/dark mode, based on sunrise/sunset.The computer paired quickly and easily with my speed and cadence sensors. My previous computer had trouble connecting, and took multiple attempts to get them right, so this was refreshing. Unfortunately, I don’t have a radar, so I can’t speak to how well that works.GPS tracking was amazingly accurate on mountain bike trails deep in the woods. I’ve never had a GPS that tracked my ride as precisely as this one does. The navigation functionality works well, too. After pairing with my Strava account, my trips automatically upload after a ride. Very convenient! The Bad:Some of the text in the iGPSPORT app is poorly translated. It’s still very easy to use, but the wording is weird. Certainly not a deal breaker, as you don’t really use the app after initial setup. The wording on the bike computer itself is well worded, though. At this time, the company doesn’t seem to offer a bump case or screen protector. I’m assuming these will come out eventually, as this is a brand new item.

Almost 5 stars but route creation is not so great
5 stars for the computer itself, but the web portal and app aren’t the greatest. The computer is great, it’s easy to set up, accurate, easy to read, very customizable, detected my cadence sensor, and has long battery life. But the iGPSport web portal is very basic at best and has some issues. The worst part is the ride routing, this is very basic and gives you no options for choosing a route or following an entered line instead of a road. There are inconsistencies in unit usage. For example I set the units to Miles but my weight and height display in Metric. Also there are language inconsistencies. Every once in a while something in Chinese is displayed. Finally it only supports FIT files for bulk upload. That might be OK but Ride With GPS FIT files are rejected as corrupt. The iGPSport app has the potential to be pretty decent. But it also has the same language inconsistencies as the website. Route creation is almost impossible unless you want to use the route chosen for you. Sometimes that route is a very whacky choice. Also it seems like settings are sometimes randomly placed in the app, but that could just be this being a new app to me. I wish that the app supported Ride With GPS directly but it doesn’t. However there is a reasonable workaround. When you are finished with a ride, in the app Share the ride and then choose Ride With GPS. The ride magically shows up in your Ride With GPS history. You can transfer Ride With GPS routes in a similar manner. Just export the route in GPX and Share it with iGPSport. The support team at iGPSport has been very responsive. If they do some work on the app and website, this will be a solid 5 star product.

Incredible Value
Very pleased with this purchase. Does everything I need and more at a bargain price much lower than the major brands.Display/Buttons: Easy to read and customizable on the ap. Multiple screens that are easy to toggle through with hard buttons during the ride. I really like that it is NOT a touchscreen that could mistakenly be touched mid ride. Buttons are solid and easy to detect when they are pushed. While the brightness could be a little better, I have no trouble seeing on a sunny day.Sound: When sound is needed (for navigation, alerts, etc) it is loud and easy to hear.Integration: I did not sync with a power meter or anything to check cadence, but it was a simple process to connect my garmin varia. It was just a bluetooth connection and it was automatically configured. Audio alerts were clear for an approaching car, and the display shows cars on the far right of the screen. Simple and effective.Navigation: Another surprisingly easy function is the navigation feature. I was able to create a route in Kamoot (free) and then easily upload through the ap. All I have to do from there is to select the route I want to ride on the bike computer before I start and I get a live map and clear directions. A great feature.Could not recommend this enough.

Half the price of a garmin, just as good!
Bought this to replace an aging Garmin Edge 510, this thing is awesome for $180! Fits on the old garmin mounts I already have on my bikes, and connected instantly to my Powrlabs heart rate strap. The battery life rating seems pretty accurate. The user interface is well designed, and the displays are nicely customizeable in the app. The iphone app is easy to use, and integrates well with Strava and RidewithGPS.Will update this review if I have any issues, but so far I have no regrets with buying this unit.

Great little head unit at a great price
I wanted to upgrade from my iGS618 and got the BSC300 instead of a Garmin Edge 530. The setup was easy as I already had the app installed. I had to install the maps from the igssport support page via the PC (usb c type) which was also very easy. This unit has all an average rider needs and a faction of the price of a Garmin 530. It does not have iClimb which is on the iGS630 but I don't do very long climbs so I do not need to pace myself against the incline. The GPS is accurate and locks on very quickly, the battery life is 20hrs which is longer than I need, as the longest ride I've done is 12hrs in all. Scrolling through the various views is a lot easier than the iGS618. PGX files can be downloaded from Strava, Kamoot, Goggle maps or from your phone via the app. It is also easy to configure the views via the app so you see exactly what you want how you want it. I do not have a pwr meter, so I replaced all pwr displays with ones I needed. The unit interfaces to Strava brilliantly and once paired with the phone I get notification on calls and messages. It paired up with my HRM, spd and cad sensors immediately which was fab. iGSPORT are soon to released a radar/tail light (SR30), a Garmin Varia equivalent, which will interface too the BSC300.The downsides, as far as I can tell are firstly, that if the start and finish points are virtually identical, then it detects the finish and stops recording as I found out. Secondly, it would be good if it could interface with rideGPS and other popular apps. Finally, the unit does not allow you to mix units for distance, speed etc which is a shame.Overall, great head unit at a great price compared to other well known makes. I'd recommend this unit if you want to upgrade. The iGS630 is the flagship version which is £40 more, but given what this unit does it's really all an average rider needs, IMHO.
