I like the size and how quickly the gel caps work. The 25 mg is the standard drugstore size typical Benadryl. I buy these and also the 50 mg size in gel caps. Usually I take the 50 mg about an hour before bedtime sometimes I’ll wake up at midnight or 1 o’clock in the morning and I can take one of these if I still have 5-6 hours left and need to sleep. These do work and they’ve kept me from having to use something more prescriptive or heavier. On top of that they keep me from getting regular allergic reaction reactions during the day to things like mosquitoes. I still get bitten, but I don’t get itchy bites anymore. I also don’t get lactose intolerance reactions. If I’ve taken one of these the night prior it does seem to stay in your system even when you’re not sleepy anymore in general, they seem to help with all kinds of allergies and I sleep really well I’ve recommended them to friends also I’ve purchased these at least three times and I’ve been taking them for a few years now. Good product low price work well.

I really liked it. I only take one capsule an hour before bed and I fall asleep quickly. If I need to get up during the night, I wake up easily and go back to sleep normally. I wake up feeling great in the morning.

Good Deal

I had to cross compare about 11 brands before I found a decent sleep formula that did not...slow down my thinking or create horrible nightmares. This one along with one other I have found are perfectly fine for 30 minutes to help prepare for sleep, then roughly several minutes to fully fall asleep. I use this greatly during period of life and work stress, and I have used the whole bottle already. It can be very difficult to find decent, and cheap sleep aid that does not make you very tired next day, or even cause your mind to go weird during sleep. This worked out perfectly fine. Just so others understand, sleep aids tend to cause small things...like light nausea, diarrhea and I only had these for maybe 1 day each while using this. I believe the main ingredient causes this when you are sleep deprived, or going through stressful times. This was still very excellent quality though.

Not strong enough .. for me anyway. Tried them a few times now and am not impressed. Had to take another kind of sleep aid to get the job done.
