Excellent Travel Piano
A surprisingly robust sound despite the extremely low weight. The speakers are reasonable and the piano can get surprisingly loud though it does distort a bit at max volume. You will want headphones or an external amp for maximum quality. The key action is piano-ish, which is to say the keys are piano like and the action is similar, but as there is no weight behind it, it can be difficult to control the dynamics accurately, which is why I might suggest it better suits a more experienced player rather than very new players. The piano sounds, as one might expect are great for the price point, and any of the patches in the piano section are very usable. The additional sound categories vary in quality and I haven't used them much, though there is a D50 Fantasia patch which is a welcome bonus, and the Jazz Scat patch is a good way to wind up your friends. There is a music stand included; it slots easily along the top and even has an indentation that can secure an iPad. The free Roland Piano Partner 2 App connects effortless to the piano, and I have found the Diary mode very useful, as it lets me record the entirety of every practise session for later reference. The App's Accompaniment feature is not bad, though less extensive than a dedicated arranger keyboard. I wouldn't recommend playing iPad synths over Bluetooth though, the latency is bad. However, although it is not documented as such, the piano is fully MIDI capable over the USB connection and you can use it as a MIDI keyboard for your computer should you want to. I found 61 Keys does limit the possible repertoire but it's a tradeoff against the size and weight which are ideal if portability is the goal, as it was in my case.

Good little piano
I am a piano and voice teacher. My piano is going to be out of action for a while so I needed something to continue to teach on. For £210 this is remarkably good. I had to adjust the key weight to light but after that it was pleasant to play and had a good sound. Obviously it won’t make a permanent substitute for an acoustic piano but as a starter instrument or for someone who needs portability it is very good.

Exactly what I was looking for
This is perfect. I've been looking for a smaller digital piano for ages and this one really meets the mark. It's really lightweight thus portable and being small means it can fit pretty much anywhere in the house. The sounds are great and speakers too. It connects to my mac perfectly so I can use my own sounds. The keys feel really nice to play, a kind of in between keyboard lightness and weighted but I think they're great.Only bad work I have to say is the usb connection is a bit naff so I'll probably buy a better and longer cable for that. I think this is what other reviews have said too. But for the price it's an excellent keyboard.

Touch Sensitivity not Great
The touch sensitivity is not that great which is a real shame as the piano itself is really good and has a decent sound quality.

As described
Tones are a good as a professional keyboard except for the strings which are q bit rough and fast. Easy to use good fir beginners. Keys are not as a grand but they are almost tgere in size. Two things id prefer is that the output jack was 1/4" rathar than 1/8" and the other is sound only comes out when keys are struck hard. Doesnt respond well to light or soft touch. I donot think anyone will regret buying this little lighweight. Even for a pro it will work for any small gig or church. I have no regrets buying this to teach my students.

INLOVE with THIS PIANO
Could do with more keys and touch buttons are a bit sensitive if you are going off you can touch them by mistake but brilliant sound! Unbelievable for the price! I wish this was out when I was a kid. Perfect for a beginner and intermediate. Perfect! Organ and piano sound is so good! Greats sensitivity and reaction.

A joy to play even if you're not a beginner.
I love this piano. I am semi-professional musician playing for improvised theatre shows, and this piano has everything I need to put on a brilliant show at a fraction of the size and weight of my previous piano.Beautifully light weight (you can hold it easily in one hand) the keys are still full piano size and, although not weighted, they are heavily sprung so I hardly have to adjust my technique when moving from the Piano. Plus the bluetooth connection means I can easily attach drum machines and change instruments faster than ever, and has opened my up to a whole new world of performance possibilities.Yes it's marketed towards beginners but if you are a touring pianist of any kind, or just low on space, (and can cope with out the full 88 keys) then this piano is perfect for you too.
