Nice cover
It fits well. Had to buy some more Velcro to cover the spikey Velcro that was exposed. It hurt my back but was easy to remedy.

Be careful with size selection.
Just got it. Seems to be just what I wanted. I have a 34 waist when buying pants and ordered a medium, which goes up to to 37. I think that if you are 36 or 37 you should go up a size. There only seems to be about 2" of overlap for the velcro when I put it on.

Velcro hurts
Bought this for my husband and at first it seemed great! Fit well, gave him support and hid the colostomy bag. After a few minutes though, he realized that the Velcro was rubbing/hurting his back. The hook side of the velcro that wasn’t overlapping the loop (soft) side is exposed and facing/scratching his back. If the Velcro sides we’re switched opposite, then you could adjust for your size waist without the scratchy part facing your back and instead would be facing outward. Unfortunately we will have to return it.
