Beautiful bust replica of Michelangelo’s famous David statue. I like the addition of the color choice seeing as the majority out there are only available in white. Gold is one of my favorite colors so I was super happy to get it in this lovely color. It’s a nice gold too. You know there are some unflattering shades of gold but this is far from it. It has a decent weight to it but not like I was truly hoping for. I have two cats & they love jumping up on accent cabinets, etc. to knock statues or just absolutely anything, in general, so I do worry they’ll knock this over. I will say that it seems good quality & I feel like it wouldn’t break if they were to push it off a shelf. He is pretty small but I think it’d actually the perfect size for this piece.

This statue looks incredible. The details are fine enough that even when viewed up close it is great, only minor flaws where they joined it together. It is solid, catches the light well, and is a statement piece that I'd recommend.

This little statue of David is the perfect size for my bookshelf! It came carefully packaged and arrived in one piece. It's made of resin, so it is breakable; be careful if you have pets--especially cats! This statue could so easily be knocked over. It's not terribly heavy, but it does have some weight to it. On the bottom are four tiny foam circles meant to keep this statue in place from sliding around on whatever surface you choose to place it on. However, I recommend using some museum wax (you can find some here on amazon) to stick this statue down on a bookshelf or wherever you plan to put it (museum wax is removable!), especially if you're worried your cat might knock it over like I'm worried my cat might knock my statue over. Anyway, this statue is not a perfect replica of David, of course, but I still think it's a pretty neat decorative item to have on your bookshelf. It definitely aligns with the aesthetic I am trying to go for.

Whether you put it on a shelf or in a curio cabinet, this bust of David will add a touch of class and culture to any display. Painted gold and with solid weight, you can count on this statuette drawing looks and starting conversations. It has felt pads on the bottom so it won't scratch your wooden furniture, but you should be mindful not to knock it over or drop it from any height because it is fragile.

I have this 8 inch David bust statue and it is truly artistic and elegant. The details are amazing. The surface is smooth and creamy. It has furniture pads under the base to protect the surface it sits on. It is fairly light weight. It arrived well packaged in molded styrofoam in a box.

I ordered this for my desk and it's perfect. It's solid, not too big, not too small, and the details are amazing. It's also solid without being 'crack your skull open' heavy. I am super pleased with this addition to my collection.
