Does this include hardware to install in tile shower? Or can this even be installed in tile.

Yes it includes hardware. Yes it goes on tile. Do not do it yourself unless you know what you are doing. You need the correct drill AND the correct “BIT”. It must be able to penetrate the thickness of the tile. All tiles are different.
