Good value buy, not for long wear
This was a massive value pack, great for under $5. I had many to pass out at the parade. They applied very easily with a wet rag. They did come off very easily, which I liked for festival wear but if you want long wear this isn’t it. Came off easily with a warm washcloth and faded with friction from clothing. It says they glow in the dark, I don’t think so. A good value buy for parades. I like the cute flowers.

Easy application
Kids love them. We haven’t tried applying a full sleeve one yet but did do the next largest size and a couple of the small ones. They applied easily and cleanly so I’m confident the sleeves will work great too. The sleeves do seem a little big for my tiny kids.
