I purchased a Crompton Energion hyperjet 1200mm BLDC ceiling fan from Amazon.in on 23rd May 2024. Since then, I have raised complaints four times due to the fan repeatedly stopping working. Each time, your engineer visits my home and replaces the BLDC kit. After replacement, the fan works for 3-4 months and then fails again. My concern is that the engineer is only replacing the kit but not identifying the root cause.The BLDC kit continues to get damaged repeatedly, and the same issue keeps coming back. This clearly indicates that the fan unit itself may be faulty. I sent mail to Crompton customer care also. I am not getting proper response. They need to replace this fan. Now after some time warranty will be expire.

I really liked this ceiling fan for its smooth performance and strong, consistent airflow. It runs very quietly, which makes a big difference during daily use. The remote control is very responsive and convenient to use from anywhere in the room. The design looks clean and premium, and the energy efficiency is a big plus. Quality can be improved ..speed is slow as per expectations

This fan works really well for regular use. The airflow is strong and even, and it runs quietly, which I like a lot. The remote responds quickly and is very convenient. The look is neat and fits well with the room. Energy saving is another plus. Happy with the quality and performance so far.

Fan is good,matte color, speed, air delivery and overall build is upto mark. It's been 3 months I'm using this fan and not a single complaint against fan. Also use continuously for more than 60 hours and find ni issue regarding heat or performance drop. Fan canopy looks fragile and tricky to setup perfectly. It also attract less dust than other fans. It's also little small compared to traditional 1200mm fan while blade are same lenth. But the problem start with remote, overall bulid quality of remote seems like cheap toys. Plastic feels low and looks hollow. I also have a atomberg fan and comparing both remote the atomberg is 10x more good than this. There's only single beep when you press any button for indication so you only can guess if you enable or disable any function. Still can't figure out how timers and sleep function works, It's always a hit or miss. Remote dropped once from table(about 2 feet height) and broke. So overall fan is good but remote has to be better.

I bought a Crompton ceiling fan, and within just 12 days it completely stopped working. Since then, the fan has not worked at all. This is extremely disappointing from a brand like Crompton. The product quality is very poor, and this feels like a waste of money. Buying a new fan and facing failure in less than two weeks is unacceptable. It raises serious questions about quality control and durability. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Please think twice before purchasing. Very bad experience.

Not worth for the money except the remote use. Very noisy and unwanted click sound always. You feel like you are in ICU with oxygen support. Similar beep sound
