I love this outdoor freestyle camping chair! It’s extremely comfortable and made with great quality. It’s perfect for kids’ soccer games or relaxing around the campfire. The rocking feature is a really nice bonus. It is a little expensive, but absolutely worth the price compared to the cheaply made camping chairs out there. Do yourself a favor and take the plunge—this chair is worth it!

Perfect chair for my boyfriend who is considered “Big and Tall”. He said that it is definitely more sturdy than your typical camp chair and we love the rocking feature! just wish there was a better cup holder.

When I first saw this chair, a couple was enjoying music in the park and I noticed that they were rocking back and forth? I was flabbergasted, not realizing that these were designed as rockers! I asked the couple if indeed, these camp chairs were rockers and the husband jumped up, telling me that the first time he saw them was in a park and he had a similar response to mine, asking the guy in the chair if it was indeed, a camp chair rocker? That guy had my guy sit in the chair, which my guy had me do after he explained his story to me. It was comfortable and it rocked! He said that he had taken a picture of the chair, so he wouldn't forget. I immediately went on to Amazon and ordered 2 chairs (but the XL, because I'm a big guy). My only note is, the chair could be a little bit deeper, meaning the seating surface. When I naturally sit down on the chair, it "feels" like my knees are a long way from the seating surface, making me feel the need to sit more upright. However, after sitting in the chair for a couple of hours in the park a couple of weeks ago (listening to music, as it happens), the chair was very comfortable and I didn't even notice if I was sitting upright or slouching a little. Maybe it will be different after an entire weekend camping, but right now this chair is a winner in my book! Highly recommend!

I upgraded to the XL version which included 400 pounds weight capacity and much wider stance this is perfect for stability and comfort. This is a great chair for portability and flexibility. Would highly recommend and purchase again.

Love my chair. It's nice and wide. Great for bigger people. Very sturdy, I have the freestyle, and the stowaway. The stowaway looks more heavy duty and the back is taller, and the padding on the arms is much thicker. But I like them both. For the 100$ difference in price I stuck with the freestyle for this purchase. If you can get the stowaway for the same price, it's a better built chair, but not as wide.
