Decent 1/2 of a spinner
I was using a friend's free, cheap spinner while at my desk and it spins for about 20 seconds. I bought this spinner and received one without the gold center (immediately thought great, I got a knock-off even after verifying I was going through the right seller... the center isn't gold, it's rainbow, which is fine I just thought I got a knockoff). But I was pleasantly surprised when I gave it a spin. I took out a stop watch and gave it a good spin. The real thing spins for OVER FIVE MINUTES.I had to order a replacement because if I laid it on one side it would spin for 10 seconds but the other side was 5 minutes. If I took the caps off and put them back on, it seemed to "seat" the bearing and would work correctly on either side. Returning for a replacement just in case, but it's likely fine. Best spinner I've ever used!!Edit: Came back to knock off a star. Got my replacement and it does the same thing. The bearing only works on one side, that means one side spins for 5 seconds and the other side spins for 5 minutes if you have it at any kind of an angle or hold it flat. I still like it for the one half it does well and the weight is amazing, so I'll keep it, just something to be aware of.

Super clean and cool!
Great spin and surprising weight, feels really solid in hand and after having it for months on my desk using it pretty frequently it still has its shine. Would absolutely recommend, I have the black which has a classy clean look to it for display.

Quality fidget spinner
this is a quality spinner with great spinning duration. I was using this plastic one a friend gave me and upgraded to this. it's much higher quality and has a more premium feel.

Changing my review from easy 5 star to now 1
Changing my review from easy 5 star to now 1. Because of both performance and my disappointment my second purchase was clearly different quality. READ BELOW:Original:I don't know much about spinners, but I know this one is darn good. Amazing, in fact. It looks great, is well constructed and heavy, with perfect balance. Very high quality. The bearings are phenomenal. (Many of them, small, and metal) THIS THING SPINS LIKE CRAZY. It isn't even broke in yet, and it spun for 8 minutes 12 seconds. Wow. Get it.EDIT: after being so pleased with the first spinner, I ordered 2 more. They clearly changed manufacturer, and the new ones suck in comparison. The balance is off. They wobble. They don't have the brass center. You can't remove the bearings for cleaning the same way as the previous. The numbs on the arms are too bulbous and graze the surface if you are doing a table spin. Did not come with a case, and most importantly, the bearings are nowhere near as smooth as the previous. You can literally hear them grating in the housing. My previous spun for 8 minutes. These 2 new ones: one spins for 4 min, while the other spins for only 2 min! Totally noticably inconsistent. A shame, because the first generation I got was and still is amazing. Hopefully they go back to the first more high quality manufacturer. You can find better than this newer model.

An Attractive Spinner With a Couple Issues
This is my third fidget spinner. The first was a dollar store one given to me as a freebie, which didn't last long but led me to looking for a higher quality one. My second was the Trianium spinner, which is nice and sturdy but a bit small for one-handed use. So I went with this one as I liked the visual appeal and the idea of the weighted metal body, as well as the bonus carrying case. The results were mixed, but not terrible.Firstly, I did get this one from Atesson directly. I have read a number of reviews that listed the product as coming from secondary sellers, often ending up being knockoffs. Luckily, at the time of this writing there are no other shippers listed beyond Atesson, meaning there is not a chance to end up with the wrong product. The spinner came with a carrying case and spare bearing. The case itself is nice, but not advisable for transportation as the spinner rattles about noisily when carried in it. The spare bearing is a very nice touch, especially for particular spinner-users like myself; I like having the back-up just in case. That is, if I can figure out how to open this spinner up (more on that in a moment).Mine did not come with the advertised screwdriver, but it didn't matter as the spinner had no screws to speak of. Beneath the caps one side is solid metal with no way to open, while the other is a 'gear'-like cap holding the bearing in. In fact, I couldn't figure out *any* way to open up the gear-like cover for the bearing itself; it is on so tight that I can't unscrew it by hand, nor could I find any tools to remove it with. If the bearing picks up any wobble, I guess I will just have to live with it. (See pictures for more detail)The spinner itself is of very good build quality, very sturdy and smooth, with no noticeable scratches or dents. It feels rather nice in the palm as well, being just wide enough to feel good enough to use in one hand. On testing I found it averaged about a 3.5 to 4 minute spin, a very solid spin time (I am skeptical of any spinner that claims more than a 5 minute spin, but I haven't tested that many so far). The rainbow metallic design also gives it a nice smooth motion with a gorgeous 'soap bubble'-like appearance that is very pleasing to the eye.Unfortunately, I found it also happens to be rather noisy with an ongoing metal-on-metal grinding/ringing noise that makes it awkward to use. It is just loud enough to be distracting, especially as I tend to use my spinner with others in earshot (it helps me deal with anxiety around other people). This means I probably won't use this one as much, save for in private.I bought this spinner for about twelve dollars. From what I have observed this appears to be an average price for a basic spinner; but in truth I've seen better ones either cheaper or around the same price, so I would look around more before considering a purchase.

Excellent for the Price
This is probably the best fidget spinner you can get for the price. I got the black one with the tritium glow rings and recommend you do the same. It looks really cool spinning while they glow. They glow brighter using a blacklight but it does come with a small led flashlight.
