At Avrill House Vineyard we've used premium Blanc in many of our fruit wines and our white wines to give us the perfect balance without high SO2. It provides a lively fermentation and it goes down below 60°, giving us the results we wish to have. It provides a fruit forward wine that would particularly enjoy.

I used this yeast to make strawberry and peach wine. When making the peach wine it wouldn’t stop fermenting and the alcohol content was very high. A couple of glasses of the peach wine and you are good to go

As mentioned there is no expiration date... but it works. Really strong fermentation went for 17 days and finally slowed down. Fermentation is much stronger than with the packets I bought locally. Air lock bubbles were going crazy so much I kept thinking someone was breaking into my house.

This yeast is a perfect way to save money instead of buying the small individual packages, as longest you keep it in a dry place it will be fresh for your next use

It was good to receive the item.

Can’t tell if it is good because there is no manufacturing date or BBD on the package. Also it is made in Mexico rather, Belgium as stated in the descriptions. Not satisfied with the purchase.

The product is old. Expires in 2 months. And it seems I can not even return it, even though we have not opened it.
