Great product , provides perfect shade in the summer . Not easy to put together. But a quality product.

Arrived ahead of schedule. It took some time to work through the instructions before starting, but it was worth it. The manual wasn't bad, certainly no-where near as bad as many I've had inflicted on me. It took three of us to finally raise it into position. It was heavy (26Kg) and very unwieldy. But it's up and working perfectly and it looks great. So why 4 stars? Well, I would have preferred another 1 or 2 brackets. 3 just doesn't seem enough. But then I always over engineer anything I build. Also, most of the tools listed as required in the manual were wrong - all at least 2mm smaller than needed. But then, maybe it was written for a smaller awning. I just had to go tearing the garage apart for a 16mm drill bit and 19mm spanner when the manual said I needed 14mm drill bit and 16mm spanner. Worst issue was getting the roller bar parts to fit together. It took a few taps with a plastic mallet to persuade the joining tube to fit properly. In short - worth the money, worth the effort. Just take assembly one page at a time.

The canopy looks good and offers protection from the sun and, more importantly in Scotland, light rain. This has meant we have been able to enjoy the outdoor area much more than we would have. We took our time going through the instructions and assembly was not too difficult. It took 2 to lift it into place. We unfortunately had a problem with it retracting properly, but the seller was really responsive and emailed us the solution a few hours after we had sent a video of the problem. Since then it has worked without any problems and we are really happy with it.

Decent awning and cover for the cost. Looks and works as well as any expensive one. Little bit of common sense needed when fitting. Bit cautious before buying with some comments but honestly I can imagine how their shelf jobs probably end up

Quite difficult to assenble and install, not for the faint hearted, my partner (builders, plumber and electrian) so a good all rounder, scratched his head and cursed a lot, but persevered and its in place and does the job I purchased it for.

Great size and price. Two person installation due to length and weight. Would and may buy again.
