All default dialogue such as "power on/power off/etc" are played at FULL VOLUME, without any choice of lowering it or changing it. meaning every time you turn it on while wearing it, or the battery dies while wearing it, you get blasted with this audio at full volume. and i wouldn't be surprised if it caused ear damage. product works okay, sound quality is okay, but this has got to be one of the worst design choices ever, especially considering the dialogue is multiple seconds long of a chinese lady speaking in your ears, not just a simple beep or two beeps.

I bought these for lap swimming. When I first tried them, I was pleasantly surprised! The sound quality is decent, the battery life is great, and I was thrilled to be able to curate my on playlist by uploading songs for its memory/storage mode (therefore not having to rely on spotty Bluetooth penetration in the water). I would have given them at least a 3, maybe a 4-Star rating, BUT, 6 weeks after purchase they would no longer switch into memory/storage mode, and when I plugged them in via USB to see if something about the music/drive had been corrupted, none of the computers I tried would even recognize it as a USB device/drive. I have better headphones and earbuds for music, running, etc.. I bought these headphones for the sole benefit of being able to use in the water and on internal storage. Now that doesn't work. For $120, I'm disappointed, and feel completely ripped off.
