I don’t LOVE it, but I don’t hate it either. This pillow is very firm with very little give, but evidently it’s what I need for my neck and shoulders. I have been sleeping better with less neck pain and fewer morning headaches. The price point was decent. Overall I am pleased with the purchase. My only wish is that it was adjustable and a smidge softer.

I bought this pillow originally because the pervious one id bought was way too big and FIRM ( from a different company) and made my neck very stiff in the morning so i tried out this pillow and then shortly after my spouse fell in love and took over my pillow so i have finally decided to buy another one after waiting almost a year and i love it. i can’t believe i waited so long.i haven’t experienced any problems with ordering from the company itself or from the pillow as stated from other customers. There’s also no smell i’m not sure if others are experiencing that but my experiences have all been great and i’d recommend to you all. the shape of the pillow is nice and makes my neck feel wonderful. the shape of the pillow is well while it’s self isn’t too thick or flimsy. the pillow holds its shape nicely and stays cool. i used to flip my pillow over due to the heat but since i’ve gotten this one it has stayed cool. if you’re debating getting this pillow i don’t see why you shouldn’t. the price is right for what you’re getting. the firmness of the pillow is nice you don’t feel your head sink into the pillow. this pillow also feels like good quality. doesn’t feel like one of those cheap walmart pillows that you throw in the washer and it disintegrates. this feels well made and worth the purchase. i’d definitely buy these again if needed. especially if they come in long sized.

I wasn’t sure if an orthopedic pillow would really make a difference – but wow, it did.After just a couple of nights, I could already feel the change. I've been using this pillow for about two nights now. It is soft and contours to the head, but firm enough to provide support. I like that the pillow cover is machine washable.However, my head sits uncomfortably on the peak of the neck support curve, and I don't know if that's due to the length of my neck. I’m going to give it a couple more days to see if my body adjusts to sleeping like this but as of right now the pillow hasn't been helpful in reducing the neck pain and the discomfort has caused disturbed sleep.

The pillow is just big enough for my head, and I have to say it gets more comfortable the more you use it. The foam it is made of adjusts to the weight of your head, so the pillow itself adjusts to the shape and height of your neck as you sleep. It has helped me improve my quality of sleep, no more neck pain, and no more headaches in the morning! I value my sleep a lot because depending on how I sleep is how my day will go, and for the price, it is of very good value.

Purchased this on a whim after seeing orthopedic charts and literature saying that we all need to take care of our necks and respective spines. To that end, this seems to do the job. Material seems robust enough, quality made. It's pretty comfortable once you find the sweet spot / orientation that works for you.Negligible cooling effect, and would probably be a luxe travel pillow (maybe a tad big for that though). Weird in between of too small for aesthetics next to regular pillows. Relatively firm, but surprising give. I'm satisfied.
