Nothing wrong with the device, it does what it’s suppose to
Unfortunately I was forced to buy this Hub since their lock requires their hub to be able to control it remotely.

Iffy at best.
This is a decent hub for its price. I bought the bot for my ac but could not customize it to turn the ac on and off at a certain temp. So had to buy the hub. The hub recognized none of my bot switches for over 3 hours. Then kept turning it off and on and it finally recognized. The temperature managed on and off is sketchy at best. It sometimes does the job and sometimes not. Will update if I lt works as it should.

Easy to install, HomeKit integration for SwitchBot products.
The hub looks nice , easy to install , exposes the lock and switches to HomeKit.The infrared remote is also nice
