I consider myself fairly good at putting things like this together. This rack is impossible! The material is very thin and flimsy, the slats are not big enough to fit the pieces that are supposed to slide in. The mallet isn’t helpful either. Returning!

This stand is very nice for the price but un usable. The shelves will start breaking while assembling. As you can see in the photos, I have 4 shelves broken already in a few days of testing. I got it for my greeting cards but can’t use it now. I would recommend gluing the shelves while assembling to save your self future disappointment if you decide to buy this. I can’t deal with the returning process so will try to glue the shelves and see if it will hold up. This would make a great kid’s book shelf if it was made well. DO NOT send this as a present without a warning. I hope this will help someone as I am the first review on this.

Absolutely horrible. The holes didn't line up and the mallet was a waste of materials. Find another rack and save yourself frustration and hassle.

I was worried because of the other review, so I didn't use the included mallet, since many times those end up being unneeded and too harsh. I was right on the money! Assembled this with just my hands and it's sturdy, while being able to get taken back apart in a matter of minutes. I'm using it for a craft fair and I recommend this for others in the field who make larger prints than the traditional greeting card size!
