Nahrin Juniper Cream (100ml)

Brilliant! Very effective. Love it

I have suffered from knee and hip pain for many years running long distance. I decided to visit a sports clinic and was advised to use this product. I tried it and found it amazing, I now run much easier and have no pain afterwards. The Juniper cream is made by Swiss family owned business, (which I looked up on the tintanet!.I had been taking Ibuprofen up to then. The guy at the clinic advised me not to take the tablets as they slow/prevent healing of damaged tissue from running, also not good for the stomach.I was diagnosed with a tight ITBand, muscle down outside top leg. I tried using the foam roller, which was painful, but gave some relief.However, using the cream, generously, and rubbing it in well, warms up the muscles and now I can go straight out the front door and start running, no pain, but plenty of gain! Apparently also used by footballers and rugby players to aid quick warm up when substituting.

This product is brilliant for period pain.... just rub a small amount across your belly and pelvis and is relieves even strong period pain. I also used it through labour on my 3rd child and I wish I had it on my first 2, it definitely helped me with contraction pain!

I really like the products of Nahrin (previously known as Just) and bought this cream for a sprained knee. It is very warming and soothing and I am hoping it will help alleviate the stiffness

This product is great for my aching knees and neck. I forgot the pain for weeks after a couple of applications.
