High-quality ingredients, great taste, and fast hydration
I’ve tried a lot of electrolyte drinks, and Cure Hydration really stands out for its quality, flavor, and impact. Quality: What initially drew me to Cure is the ingredient list. It’s plant-based, made with coconut water powder and real fruit flavors, and contains no added sugar or artificial ingredients. I appreciate that it uses a science-backed electrolyte ratio without relying on fillers or dyes. Knowing it’s clean, simple, and even FSA/HSA eligible gives me confidence I’m putting something genuinely good into my body. Flavor: The flavors are excellent—light, refreshing, and not overly sweet. Unlike many electrolyte mixes that taste artificial or syrupy, Cure tastes natural and balanced. It’s easy to drink, even first thing in the morning or after a workout, and doesn’t leave an aftertaste. Impact: The biggest difference I notice is how quickly I feel hydrated. Within minutes of drinking it, I feel more energized and refreshed, especially after exercise or a long day. It helps me recover faster and keeps me feeling balanced without the crash that sugary drinks can cause. Overall, Cure Hydration delivers exactly what it promises: clean ingredients, great taste, and fast, effective hydration. I’ll definitely be keeping this stocked.

Good flavor & dissolve well
So far, I’ve tried two flavors and both were good. Very easy to dissolve in water. I like the individual packets. The tastes were a little strong for me with 8 oz of water, but I added more water and enjoyed the flavors. Not too sweet! I cannot say if they made me feel better, but they certainly didn’t harm me. I would recommend!

Taste great, safe ingredients
Recently switched from liquid IV. Low sugar content but still perfectly sweet. I use one packet in a 30oz tumbler with ice so probably more like 20ish oz of water and it’s just the right amount. A little pricey but I don’t drink the daily. Easy to use. Taste great and safe while breastfeeding.

Light, Low-Sugar Hydration Boost for Active Days
Cure Hydration is a solid choice if you’re looking for a plant-based electrolyte drink mix with low sugar content. It mixes easily in a standard plastic water bottle—no clumping, which is a big plus. I’ve noticed it adds a nice energy boost when needed for activities without being overly sweet. The flavor is mild and not very strong, and it does leave a slight aftertaste. Another consideration is the price—it’s fairly expensive compared to other hydration options. Overall, it’s refreshing and clean compared to sugary sports drinks. Pros: Low sugar content Mixes easily in water bottles Provides a light energy boost for activities Plant-based and clean ingredients Cons: Flavor is weak and leaves a slight aftertaste Fairly expensive Bottom Line: If you want a healthier hydration option that’s easy to mix and gives you a subtle energy lift, Cure Hydration is worth trying—just keep in mind the higher price and mild flavor.

Amazing electrolytes
I mix these with a little bit of collagen powder in my big water jug that I drink throughout the day and I replenish it with a little bit of Lacroix and it is amazing. Not too sweet, quenches your thirst and does not have a weird aftertaste.

Cure for the win
Love Cure electrolytes. No fake sugar taste. Expensive for tiny amount you receive. Berry and Acai flavors are my go to.

Too expensive per dosage
It tastes really good, but these are extreme expensive. If you thought lmnt was expensive, this are double per dosage, let me explain. Lmnt packets, which I'm used to, contain 1000mg of sodium per packet, which is too much for one bottle of 16.9oz/500ml or water, a standard water bottle. So one lmnt packet is actually two doses, which divides the cost per unit in half. The cure brand has 250mg of sodium per dose and per packet. This is good, I like the balance of salt and taste, but they charge a ridiculous amount and it's one fourth the sodium content of lmnt. I think cure tastes better, but as far as value is concerned, lmnt wins. Drop the price and I'll be a regular customer.
