Stopped working after 1 use which is exactly a month old. And unfortunately it does not even allow you to return as they have a 15 days return policy. Very disappointed.

on/off button blinks when pressed without the chamber on, but switches off and becomes unresponsive when the liquid chamber is attached, so that the device is unusable. Contacted customer service in Germany and Sweden and haven't heard back from either. UPDATE: after unsuccessfully trying to get it to work for three days and then leaving it lying around for a week, it magically started working again. For now it’s holding up so fingers crossed. Also Swedish customer service we’re in touch to say it’s Amazon’s responsibility to handle a possible replacement if the item is broken.

للأسف تعطل عندي المنتج بعد اسبوعين ولا قدرت اتواصل مع الشركة وكل الناس تسب فيهن على موقعهم شركة ﺁﻓﺎﻕ ﻛﻴﻮ-ﺗﻴﻚ !! الغريب ان أمازون هي اللي تشحن وهذا اللي زادني ثقة لكن وش الحل برأيكم؟ ما انصح أبدا أبدا
