Taste is great. Texture, too. I love that it's smooth, tastes good and I can store in my desk-no refrigeration needed. After opening, place in refrigerator.

Seemed like a great idea, unfortunately doesn't taste like hummus and is so bad it had to be thrown away, completely inedible.

I have a unique perspective on this product as I am bedbound and bought these to keep by my bedside. There aren’t many products like this on the market, and I really missed hummus! These are delicious and convenient. There’s a good amount in each pack. Be sure to massage the pack before you open it, then the texture is great. For me, squeezing out the product was a little difficult because of my chronic illness. I also have digestive issues, so I was sad when I discovered that the roasted red pepper flavor had ingredients that trigger my condition. Still delicious! But a third of the entire batch is this flavor so for me it’s not worth the money. I wish there was a way to purchase only the classic kind, and then I would have no problem buying this again and again.

The classic is tasty and the consistency is creamy. Had a question about the product and their customer service is excellent! They were very helpful and responded to my questions in a timely manner.

I love hummus, I just don't always have time to make it myself. I do like the various store bought hummus brands, but I'd rather not have to keep them in the fridge because of the short shelf life. I was thrilled to find this hummus since it's shelf stable. Unfortunately it's just very bland. If they put garlic in the recipe it would be much better. But until something like this happens, I won't be buying this again.

There are three pouches wrapped together including two regular and one tomato. Of the 12 bundles one was two years past "best by" date and another bundled had one of the pouches punctured and the hummus had leaked all over all of the bundles. I opened the outer box too late to make a claim. I've had the product before; it's ok especially after I enhance with some roasted garlic and lemon juice.

My doctor told me to try a new diet which involves eating hummus. The problem is that hummus tastes bad. This hummus doesn't taste bad. Finally a hummus that doesn't taste like hummus.
