Amazing product! But get 12oz not 1 oz
Found this product via Forensic Detailing Channel on YouTube. He raved about this product and I had not found anything to successfully restore the scuttle on my Mk5 Astra so thought I’d give it a try. I bought the small bottle to start, and wish I just got the big bottle, as this stuff really does work. The 12oz bottle is way better value for money and has a restrictor built in to the bottle top to aid flow of the liquid. The 1 oz bottle is just an open top and this product is very runny, I stupidly knocked it over on my kneeling mat when applying to the bumper trim and wasted half of it hence buying the bigger bottle too. If you wash skin and black clothes on a hot wash straight away you can clean up and salvage clothes, lighter clothes I imagine will stain pretty bad. You don’t need to use much product per item being restored. After spilling probably half an ounce of the small bottle I did all the plastics on my car and still had some left, but I own 2 other cars so bought the big bottle which will last me a life time probably. I cut a square off a cheap sponge to apply and used an old microfibre to buff off. Both disposed of when finished. Easy to apply on flat surfaces, grills and crosshatch surfaces are a pain but I sacrificed a detailing brush and used blue roll to buff up and soak. My cars are black so cannot comment if you get the product on light paint by accident, so be more careful than I was when applying

Simply Put - If You Have Found This - Do Not Bother Looking Any Further
Nothing else that I have tried has looked this good or lasted this long. You only need a very small amount to cover a large area but the larger bottle is so much better value. I believe that it will last me for the 2 cars for the rest of my time on the planet. Highly recommended. Buy with Confidence. If I could, I would give this 6 stars. If you are wondering whether it is worth the price, the simple answer again is yes. Every penny. I did both our cars 6 months ago and they still look like they have just come out of the showroom. One is a 13yr old Volvo Convertible and the other is a 16yr old Smart and neither are garaged. I hope that helps you to decide. Good Luck. I do not receive any payment or free goods for writing these reviews. I am just happy to share my views on my purchases with fellow like minded Amazonians in the hope that you may find it helpful.

Best product to date
I had previously tried the hot hairdryer trick on the trim of my car but it just went light grey so don't' try that at home! Then spent a small fortune on various other products that just did not work. I then saw this product and its truly amazing. It renovated the black trim on my 2004 Volvo to new. It lasts well and I am only reapplying it after 3 months having washed the car most weekends. Do wear gloves when using as it is a pain to get it off your hands. If you get it on the paintwork it wipes off easily whilst still wet but not when dry. Bottle is very expensive but I have only used a fraction of it so it will last a long time. I also used it on the windscreen scuttle and wiper arms and it transformed them as well. Only wished I had taken a before and after picture.

Takes years off my van
First image 2 years after first application on my ford connect. I suspect the material this is applied to affects the outcome but the photos speak for themselves. You have to clean the surface with isopropyl alcohol untill the wipes are clean after use for full penetration of the product. Wait for a dry day or two, water will ruin the finish untill its cured, but ok if you wipe off immediately.

Great product
Great product as the plastic trim had gone grey and patchy easy to apply also a fantastic finish would recommend well worth the money just hoping it lasts longer than the other products I’ve used

FANTASTIC PRODUCT WITH A PROBLEM
Plastic windscreen scuttle had become very aged looking and grey in places. Solution Finish Black renewed it in seconds on my Jaguar XJ. I await feedback on a major negative though……it has congealed in the bottle within 8 short weeks, rendering further usage impossible. At its price, I think it should last one heck of a lot longer in summer WARM storage…?

Works well on external Mini plastics
Great product that really performs well. Returned my greying plastic external trim to the satin black it was when I got the car. Only down side is the cost which is a lot for a bit of "polish" also its quite a large bottle and a little product goes a long way. Looks like it will last me several years. Highly recommend if your into detailing your car, especially for Mini's that have a lot of this plastic trim externally.

A small amount spread on a clean surface restores the original black color. I have applied it twice a month, and it's doing quite well. My jeep fender flares were in very bad condition, and the weather where I live is extremely hot and humid. Probably will repeat applying the solution every month to keep them always in perfect look.

Im a vehicle detailer, and I have four general motors vehicles with black plastic trim (a Gmc Terrain, a Chevrolet Equinox, a 2004 chevrolet Z71 suburban, and a 2005 Caddilac Escalade ESV platinum), and this is the exact product you want to get to restore those cars trims. Ive been researching for years, and this product is not like the gimmicky kinds; It has a chemical reaction with your plastics, absorbing into it for longevity, and rejuvenates the oils and black color the plastics have lost over the years. It changes your discolored fading plastics into a fresh out the factory looking part and I'm in love with its results. The product does not wash off once it’s infused into the plastics, and continues to shine for months. I would not recommend burning your trim and making it bridle because you get a few months of rich color from it, use this stuff instead.

Parfait pour rénover ou noircir un plastique extérieur terni de voiture. Ne pas hésiter à laisser agir toute une nuit avant d'essuyer la pièce à rénover. L'opération est assez salissante, prévoir des gants et chiffons en abondance.

Applied it to all the faded plastics on my 2012 jeep JK. Looks amazing so far after a couple months. Will see how long it lasts. Realistically though if I got 6 months and had to reapply it would be worth it. The result is epic and so easy to apply.
