Excellent product

Writing this review after a month of usage. Worst product I ever had in recent times. From day one itself watch started giving problem. Worst battery, it losts only for half a day. There is no service or return policy. By mistake bought 3 watches and facing huge loss. It will be showing full battery but in next 10minutes it will get switched off. Bycot this company products until they open for return policy. Amazon should also consider taking action for such a bad quality product being sold from their end. Some more to write but no use now after buying 3watches at a time.

As per the price the watch is good, looks fine. First received used watch from the seller, box and other items was used, which is not good, got very disappointed, than Amazon helped me to exchange with new watch with sealed box.

Since long i have been using pTron earbuds and it's owesome. So thinking that I bought this smartwatch but it's my worst experience to change my watch Brad😤😡 you guys can see downloaded picture and video. It's stop working just after a month and sometimes it's itself start to working but battery backup is being done in hours. I contacted customer care. They given unexpected conditions to replace it which I can't fullfill because of the const will come in replace in which I will buy another one to add some more money. So it's my advice to all. If you want to buy smartwatch then buy from a very good Brad and little bit costly because undert 2k most of Brad watches are useless except some luxurious Brad in watch.
