Great Tool
This book is a great tool to help you learn and heal your inner child. It helps you to explore yourself and your inner workings providing great tips and ideas on how you can overcome past hurts and heal the pains from the past. It gives a great description on CBT. It teaches you how to be kind and compassionate to yourself rather than criticizing and berating yourself. A very helpful book to help you grow and evolve.

Using CBT and learning the basic steps to heal and move forward could assist the reader toward the healing of past youth issues and their long lasting wounds. I just read this book and it's amazing! This book is like a friend who helps you understand why you feel certain ways and how to feel better. Very insightful and useful
We all have issues from childhood, it's a part of life. How we deal with them - or don't - is up to us. This book gives actionable steps on how to deal with childhood pain. I also like that the language is simple and not full of jargon or psychological terminology you have to google to understand what's being said. If you're looking for a starting point to heal your inner child, or discover something that you weren't previously aware of, this book delivers!
