Mein has researched and studied this topic for years!You will love this book!!!

Dr. Mein's book is full of details listening to your body can improve your overall health. Her website, referred to in the book, also has videos which model the processes. Research based on 25 different body types is used to help determine which patterns typically need to be cleared for each body type. Questions are included in the book to help you determine your body type or you can purchase and take one online like I did. There are many resources on the website to support your journey of healing emotional patterns.

Works like a lookup manual

I misplaced, or probably lent, this book and needed to replace it. I am so glad I was able to do so. It is full of helpful information when you need to sort out what is going on in your life so you can move forward.

Most information is presented in "black or white" perspective and I believe there are other factors to consider as each individual is unique. We are not mainly 2 types of clones.The other issue - throughout the book test opportunities are shown in squares to scan and connect to websites. When you reach the websites - she is asking $19.95 for each test! What a money grab! Put those tests in this book for free! I was considering another author but since this book had a more recent copyright- I thought it was a better choice - it is not! Don't waste your money.
