I liked these b/c they fit more snugly in my ear, other domes fall out.Thing is, they fit TOO snugly and came off in my ear when I remove the hearing aid/ acoustical pipe or whatever it is called.So I learned how to do ear -domectomey by feel!So I glued them on and the glue failed and they came off in my ear again.So? get stronger glue?Will try and report.

Almost all of these domes are large or extra large size. Claim to work well with Otofonix amplifiers but they do not stay on the tubes and if pushed into ear canal they tend to stay in the canal when you try to remove the tubes. Luckily I was able to remove it without a trip to the ENT. Also note that every one of the domes is the closed type and are longer than normal domes.

These are great if you are not sensitive to silicone materials. I purchased these for my hearing aids knowing not all would fit my hearing aids, some are for a larger shank earbuds. Although I did find a perfect size for my hearing aid application and ear canal fitment the silicone material was irritating my skin so I had to discontinue using them.

I’ve used quite a few different domes, trying to get the best fit for hearing, and comfort. These mushroom shaped domes somehow transmit the best quality, natural hearing I’ve experienced since I started wearing them. I can’t say exactly, but I believe I’ve had hearing aids for close to 10 years now. I HIGHLY recommend these domes! I’m so happy I stumbled across them!!

Too big for my ears, sound in left ear is a low static most of the time then sound altogether stops.
