Reef Men's Todos

I've been buying reef for 12 years and I love them. These aren't the high end reef sandals, but even the low end are great to have.Some highlights of this version:-Wear them around the pool or to the ocean. Water will not ruin them, but be careful they get slick. This would only be an issue if you are walking around tide pools.-Strap is snug so they won't slip off, but a soft enough material that won't chafe your skin.-Sandal cushion absorbs the foot to ground contact well and in time even somewhat molds to your foot.-For the price you can buy miltiple pairs.-Looks wise they are nice. I have the grey with black strap.*Higher end reefs will last longer, but some of the leathery ones won't take well to water. In my experience, if you wear them the majority of the year(therefore living in a warmer climate) you should get 8 months - 2 years usage.

After many years of trying different brands of sandals and flip-flops, I find that the very best ones for me, in terms of quality of construction, style, and being long lasting, are those that have the name Reef on them. They're the only brand of sandals and flip-flops that I have, or will even consider purchasing in the future. They are extremely consistant in size, quality, and also fit and finish. Whether all leather, or fabric and leather combinations, they are always the best...and Amazon always seems to have the best prices on Reef's (men's and women's) than any other on-line source, bar none.

I have been a devotee of Reef since i discovered them in the '90s, and continue to consider them one of the most durable sandals out there. And my sandals need to be durable - worn virtually daily in the 6 to 8 months a year I spend in the tropics - and not lounging on the Copacabana Beach, but roughing it - stones, mud, sand.

I used to buy my Flip Flops locally at WalMart, but was unsatisfied with the quality, and that they only had them in stock occasionally.These are comfortable and easy to break in. My only gripe is that they will leave black marks on the linoleum if care is not taken to avoid sliding them on the floor.

I live at the beach so flip flops is a way of life for me. Reefs are always great, great price too. They arrived fast, I like that. This particular style though seems to run small. Go a size bigger or your heel will be hanging off the edge if you like that sort of style.

I found this sandal to be quite narrow as along the line of an 'A' fit. The straps are tight and lie flat making it difficult to slip on. this is a size seven so may be a woman's fit but sold as a mans sandal. good quality otherwise.

I bought these as a replacement for my worn-out Tevas (RIP). This is my first pair of Reefs, but they look to be of similar quality for about half the price (I paid ~$11 for mine). These won't replace my Sperrys, but they're a comfortable alternative in black.

The product was as advertised. Very good. I probably could have used a 1/2 size bigger. I bought a size 10 and thought a size 11 would be way too large. But the product still fits and is what I expected.

... habe ich heute bestellt, weil die Teile einfach klasse sind und ich schon regelrecht Angst habe, dass der Artikel irgendwann nicht mehr verfügbar ist.Ich trage diese Zehentrenner jetzt schon seit 2016. Eigentlich sind sie, trotz meiner +100 kg, "unkaputtbar" und ich tausche sie nur, weil sie optisch nicht mehr sooo schön aussehen. Aber weggeworfen habe ich noch kein Paar. Kann man ja noch im Haus oder auf der Terrasse nutzen.Die Schlappen bieten eine super Trittstoßdämpfung und sind mega bequem. Dabei sind sie aber nicht zu dick/hoch und haben außerdem ein "Fußbett", was ebenfalls unterstützt.Ich bin an vielen Tagen schon über 20 km auf hartem Untergrund mit den Teilen gelaufen und hatte danach NULL schmerzen. Ganz im Gegenteil! Alles völlig entspannt!

That's what she said. Ba dum tss.Aber Spaß beiseite, ich habe vor einigen Jahren mal die Reef Smoothys in Größe 43 gekauft. Die passen eigentlich sehr gut, könnten hinten aber (rein aus optischen Gründen) etwas kürzer sein.Weil mir die Lasche bei den Todos besser gefällt (weniger Schnörkel, schlichteres Design), die auf den Bildern aber ansonsten den Smoothys sehr ähnlich sind, habe ich mir die in Größe 42 geordert.Die sind aber erstaunlicherweise rund 3 cm kürzer als die Smoothys - bei nur einer Schuhgröße Unterschied! Außerdem sind die Todos sehr eng. Breite Füße kriegt man da nicht ohne weiteres rein "geglitten".Insgesamt fühlen sich die Todos auch weniger wertig an. Die Sohle der Smoothys ist dicker und weicher, was die Smoothys auch immer von anderen Zehentrennern unterschieden hat. Die Todos sind vermutlich dagegen aus einem etwas anderen Material. Es fühlt sich weniger weich an und mehr nach den Plastiksohlen billiger Zehentrenner.Fazit:Die Todos kommen weg und in Zukunft gibt es stattdessen wieder Smoothys.

Hatte nie diese Art von Tretern, aber muss sagen, für warme Tage zu Hause / im Garten / Park / Urlaub oderwo auch immer man die tragen möchte echt ne super Sache.Sehen optisch auch erheblicher hochwertiger aus als "Badelatschen", die Verarbeitungträgt dem Rechnung.Wichtig zum Produkt zu erwähnen ist, dass die Zehentrenner nicht weh tun auch nach längerer Zeit,dass auch breite Füße (habe ich ^^) gut drauf passen und dass man problemlos auch ne Strecke mit denTeilen laufen kann, die Füße stecken also recht fest unter dem Halteband.Die Größe kommt auch gut hin wie beschrieben, 43 ist 43.Ich habe zwei Füße die recht unterschiedlich Groß sind, der rechte halt so ~ 42.5,stellt keinerlei Problem dar.Ich habe beidfüßig ein Problem mit einer Senkung des Fußgewölbes ("Plattfuß"), die anatomischeFormung ist hier wirklich sehr praktisch, entspricht auch etwa dem, was ich normalerweise alsEinlage trage.Ich selber habe sie im Urlaub bei 30 Grad nicht missen wollen, trage sie ansonstenzu Hause in der Wohnung, gehöre nicht so zu den Leute, die damit bei derArbeit oder in der Stadt rumlaufen.

Geiler Schuh. Überlebt definitiv mehr als 2 Sommer. Sehr robust. 46 passt für 46 perfekt. Sehr angenehm zu tragen. Auch für längere Zeit. Ohne Hände reinschlupfen geht allerdings nicht so gut, da die Bänder ja weich sind (dafür angenehm, einen Tod muss man sterben).Update: leider haben sich wie bei manch anderem die schlaufen gelöst. hab sie erst geklebt, hielt auch ein paar wochen. jetzt sind sie aber wieder kaputt und ich werde sie wegschmeißen. schade, eigentlich ist das ein guter schuh. trocknet nicht so schnell und man braucht häufig die hände als hilfe um reinzuschlupfen, aber sehr bequem. hatte nie blasen und bin auch über kilometer damit durch die gegend gelaufen am stück.

Die Reef Tedos habe ich in Größe 44 bestellt und sie passen perfekt. Haltbarkeit ist auch super, hab sie den ganzen Sommer getragen außer normalen Gebrauchsspuren sind die noch top im Schuss. Andere FlipFlops halten bei mir oft nur ein Jahr dann sind die durch/kaputt. Diese werden denke ich noch ein bis zwei Sommer durch halten.Klare Kauf Empfehlung.
