It’s doing nothing.You have to have it plugged in to work. The power button and cord is on the lower part where the water will be.Not only does it NOT work, but now I have to run the risk of getting shocked?Skip.

These little humidifier/vaporizors are superb. I bought two of them, one for partners side of the bed and one for mine when we travel. They fit perfectly in standard 16oz water bottles. There were no issues of a suction forming even though the unit did rest on the rim of the bottle. The instructions warned that it could happen, so we watched for it, but it never happened. We only used it on the steady stream setting(#1), though we tested #2. It works as described, but I can’t imagine the need for it other than possibly making the water last a bit longer. I can’t speak with certainty how long 14 ounces of water lasts (we used slightly less than 16 ounces to allow for displacement) because we’d top-off the bottles whenever we would return to our room throughout the day. If I had to guess, I’d say at least 10-12 hours. The mist is cool, visible and amazingly fine. One suggestion would be to soak the wick tip to tip. We did this at home, then closed them up in our emptied water bottles before leaving home, so they stayed soaked and ready to go to work.

The spare wick is erroneously cut many inches too short in final packaging stage because the packaging people and subsequent inspectors don’t know that it has to be full length to be effective and their is a hole that the spare wick goes through to fit into the box. Basically - they cut the spare short to fit into the box when they don’t need to cut it short. The short spare wick is useless. I contacted the seller / manufacturer of product and they refused to send a full length spare wick. Humidifier works fine - but packaging processes and customer service process are broken. Only have one wick and no spare.

Soaked the wick over 24 hours and still, nothing is happening. Bought this as a replacement for my Diamond travel wand that I accidentally broke on a trip. This one does nothing. Very disappointed! Going to try to find the Diamond brand. My guess, the way it was shipped might be the reason why it’s broken. No padding, just the box in an envelope.

If you’re planning on using the fogger with an external timer, forget about it. Once the external timer shuts the power off to the fogger, you must restart it by pushing the ON button on the fogger to restart.

Convenience is that it’s portable, can fit in a reusable water bottle next to my bed. Charger is one of the universal ones which is good, and most importantly -‘ it works great for on the go!

I have had the product for about a month and it no longer works. I bought it for one of my plants and when it was working it did a good job of producing a steady mist but disappointed that it’s no longer working after just 5 weeks.

I bought two. I read the instructions, charged it, did all the steps, couldn't get it to work. I had two other people try to as well and they couldn't either.
