Amazon Basics Parasol Covers Waterproof, Beige/Tan, 17.8 x 58.4 x 193 cm

Bought on sale and at a great price. It’s a quality well made cover that fits well. It appears to be waterproof but not had a real down pour yet. Certainly protects the parasol and a lot of the pole.

I was initially put off by the 'basic' label, but read the reviews and decided to give it a try. The product is made of a good weight material, the zip is sturdy and I was surprised by the high quality of the stitching. It fits both our garden parasols (2.7M wooden 8 spoke) well although is a little long for the one in the table (about 6 inches too long, by turning up the dark brown part of the cover it is perfect for length). It is big enough at the top to fit over the wooden finial at the top of the umbrella, there is room and to spare for the body of the parasol so would imagine it would fit a 3M parasol as well. Will see how long it lasts, but so far really pleased. Other colours would be nice in the range, but pleased with the product and especially with the value for money and quality.

Keeps parasol dry which is what we wanted

I'm very pleased with the appearance, fit and quality of this cover. It's a similar colour to my 3 metre parasol and appears to be well made and is amply large enough in both the length and also the diameter which enables it to be easily put on and take off especially as there is a zip part of the way along its length. Perhaps it's a bit too soon to assess its durability but it has been out in several spells of heavy rain and has protected the parasol and still looks like new. It is reasonably priced and I have no hesitation in recommending it.

This cover is very nice. The material is thick and of lovely quality. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the zip on the side could go up higher, so you can slip it on and off easier. But it does the job once on, looks lovely, and should last.
