Nice Dispenser
Nice dispenser, a little bit of a battery drain, but it does get used several times a day.

Battery Eater
I ordered 3. One for the kitchen and one for each of 2 bathrooms. One bathroom gets used quite a bit. One gets used hardly at all. The kitchen gets used a lot. At about a month of having them, the kitchen one would flash the light and try to pump soap. The one in the bathroom that gets used quite a bit, was doing the same thing. The one that gets hardly used wouldn't even light up or try to pump. I thought it could be one of two things. Either the soap was clumping up in the tube or the batteries were dying or dead. I went with the easiest to test firs. I changed the batteries. They all worked. Another month went by. All were doing the same thing. I only changed the batteries in the kitchen on. Now at month 3, all have dead batteries again. Not my best purchase. Would not buy again. Would not recommend.

Hands free
I had trouble with one of the first 2 I ordered. My daughter got it to work. We got a third one, it worked right away. I had shoulder surgery, so I like the hands free feature. The one that came today worked immediately. Now I have 4, and only needed 2. I was going to refuse the 4th one, but the driver was too fast. I might save one for a gift, since they are so convenient!

STICKER on the see-through soap part?
Someone at Bell+Howell decided to put a BIG light-blue STICKER with useless text directly in the middle on the CLEAR see-through part where you'd see your soap, an eye-sore, does it come off easily? Of course not! Had to spend 20-30 minutes with Goo-Gone to get it off. Maybe place a useless sticker underneath over the battery compartment, maybe list this in the bullet-points on Amazon, maybe put this in the instruction booklet that comes in the box: DO NOT USE SOAP THAT HAS EXFOLIATING...ok great, can't use that kind of soap - wasn't going to anyway. PLEASE Bell+Howell don't put a sticker on the product. Does the product work? It pushed out some soap for the first use, hopefully it continues to for another 10 years or more, will it? ...will it for another two weeks? Two months? We'll see. May God be with us, and with you...!

Nice Inexpensive Dispenser
The only problem with this product is that a lot soap comes out. Other than that, it is nice.

Keep your $$$
This thing was super cool for a week. It lights up & dispenses a decent amount of hand soap. But after a week it began to get clogged & a few days after that it stopped working altogether. It takes 4 batteries 🔋 and the fact that it’s at the bottom where water can pool makes no good sense. I suspect that it conked out because it got wet at the power source. Flawed engineering. They should put the batteries on the back of it not on the bottom.

That the unit works and keeps working for at least six months
I purchased five different brands of soap dispensers none of them last for any period of time this unit appears to be working ok now let's hope it lasts for a while because most of the ones I have bought turn out to be junk this is the first time I purchased this brand
