For many years, I've used a Griddler for hamburgers and steaks cause I like the grill marks. But lately, no matter what I do, the burgers stick to the plates, as do the steaks. I've even replaced the plates but no improvement. And the plates are nearly impossible to clean. "Non-stick" my ass. Soaking and dishwasher no help. So I thought I'd try something else. I had my kitchen redone in '95 and at that time, I had a halogen cook top installed. It still works but they don't make them anymore. I liked this one because of the lid and thought I'd chance it. We were taken aback when it arrived "some assembly required" and the assembly instructions left something to be desired, but my partner loved the tactile feel of the handle which looks like wood, but is plastic. I followed instructions that said to never heat an empty pan and put a little oil in it before adding my frozen hamburgers once it heated up. My partner does dishes and said there must be something wrong with it because everything just slid out with practically no washing needed -2 thumbs up from him. For those not familiar with a halogen cook top, the light heats up the metal disk on the bottom similar to the induction cooktop and the pan cooks the meat.

Love this pan, it makes cooking easier with less pans to clean. Perfect non-stick pan for making meals for 1 or 2 people. You will love the ease of clean up after enjoying a good meal! Cook your meat first then add your 2 sides. I'm happy with this product. Have used almost every day for 3 months!

I am impressed! I saw a review which showed that the handle burned. That's not the manufacturer's fault. Therefore, do not put the handle too close to the flame!

Love it!!! I just used it again this evening to grill my steak and 2 side dishes. It even puts hash marks on my meat, and cooks everything to perfection. Plus, it’s easy to clean afterwards!!!

I hsve only used it once. It did not stick, however I took great care to have a reasonable temperature around 325 to 350, no more. The size bought was a 9 inch and I thought it was perfect.I did buy before a 7inch and it arrived without the plate on the bottom and had to return it. It was too light weight and too small. The 9 inch is perfect size you can still cook or grill for two- three people. The clamp I have not used because it is silicone, I still dont know to much about it. But the pan and the lid is perfect. I recommend 100%.

Literally the best grilling pan that I’ve ever purchase and cleans so easily. Would buy again. Got the round skillet so get even heater on my electric stove. I would recommend you buy it, the handles get hot but that’s to be expected. Not too heavy and a great value for the money.
