These are magical ropes and not like any others I have used...Well not really, they are just like others I have used except they were an awesome deal (used- but looked new) and are holding up fine. A bit of fraying but mine are used outside so that's what I expected. I did put some goon tape on the handles. I have been trying various different exercises and the workout has been great.

I loooveeee my battle ropes! I use them outside during my workouts. Great workout! I do regular ropes and I also turn backwards and go hard for my triceps. BURRNNSSS so good !!
