Good
Tastes good for protein powder.

Been using this powder to make a morning shake with fruit and veggie mix, some PBfit, and some chia seeds. This powder tastes awesome like that and adds a great vanilla flavor to it. The macros on it, with the wild amounts of vitamins, are also pretty impressive. Low-carb, lower-calorie, very high in protein, and very high in nutrients. Can't speak to the clumping in an actual protein shake, but no clumping at all in my protein smoothies. I tend to be pretty picky with taste and texture from protein powders too, but no complaints here.

I’ve been using Isopure Zero Carb Whey Isolate Protein Powder (Vanilla flavor) for my keto and PSMF (protein-sparing modified fast) diet, and I’m impressed with it overall! The vanilla flavor is mild and not overpowering, which makes it easy to incorporate into various shakes or recipes. I love that it’s zero-carb, lactose-free, and gluten-free perfect for anyone on a strict low-carb or high-protein diet. The 25g of protein per serving is great for muscle recovery, and it’s packed with vitamins, making it a solid choice for anyone looking to support their fitness goals while keeping carbs to a minimum. It also mixes well and has a smooth texture, which is a huge plus when you’re drinking it daily. The only minor issue I’ve noticed is that towards the end of the shake, the taste becomes slightly salty if you don’t continue stirring or shaking as you drink. It’s not a dealbreaker, but something to be aware of. If you keep mixing it well, though, this isn’t much of a problem. Overall, I’d recommend this protein powder, especially if you’re following a keto or PSMF plan. The protein quality and minimal carbs make it a top choice in my routine!

Isopure Zero Carb Whey Isolate has been a solid protein option for me. I like that it’s lactose free and gluten free, which makes it much easier on my stomach compared to other protein powders. It mixes smoothly with water or almond milk and doesn’t leave a gritty texture. The protein content is high without added sugar or carbs, which is a big plus. It’s also convenient that it includes added vitamins, so it feels like more than just a protein supplement. The flavor is clean and not overly sweet, though some flavors are better than others. The only downside is the priceit, ’s a bit more expensive than standard whey and the taste can be slightly thin since it’s an isolate. Overall, it’s a great option if you want a clean, easy-to-digest protein without extra fillers.

I’ve been using Isopure Zero Carb Whey Isolate as part of my nutrition plan, and it delivers exactly what it promises. The big highlight is getting high-quality protein with absolutely no carbs, which makes it perfect for anyone on a low-carb or keto lifestyle. It mixes easily, and I appreciate that it doesn’t leave me with that heavy, chalky feeling that some protein powders do. The flavor is decent and gets the job done, but it’s not the most exciting—definitely more functional than indulgent. That said, I like the clean ingredient profile and how versatile it is for shakes or adding into recipes. For pure, no-nonsense protein that supports lean muscle without extra carbs, this is a solid choice.

I think the chocolate and vanilla are 5 stars ✨ HOWEVER, I also got Strawberries and cream. The only reason I’ve docked this is because it has red 40 in it. Sad. I don’t mind it tasting like strawberries and being white 😂 it’s also shocking because the power is white. Then you pour water in it and it turns pink! Everything is good though. I started mixing with cold water and it’s good. Still creamy!! Which is huge for me because I’m such a latte/milk fan so I’m glad I I’ve this without that added sugar and calories on milk. And it’s pretty light tasting which is nice. I hate feeling like I’m drinking a milkshake. Meaning the sugar content. So I’m glad it’s a light flavor. I think chocolate is the best of all because I can’t taste really any other ingredients. I use the flavorless as well in coffee sometimes and there is a SLIGHT slight taste in the flavorless and I feel like a hint of the same flavor is in the strawberries one. I haven’t tried just the vanilla by itself so I’m not sure about that one. But I like it! It’s good! It’s not gross just sometimes noticeable. Chocolate 💛💛💛💛💛 Flavorless 💛💛💛💛 Vanilla 💛💛💛💛🤍 Strawberries and cream 💛💛💛
