Butter more than scotch
This is an interesting syrup. It's thick and quite sweet to taste on it's own, however once in the coffee it gives a surprisingly buttery flavour that's strangely sweet but almost savoury. It's certainly not the toffee-like flavour that I was expecting, but it's very moreish.It's a bold (but not strong) flavour that compliments a medium-roast cappucino or a single-shot Latte very nicely. The boldness of the flavour means that it should work well with darker roasts/stronger shots too. With a lighter roast I'd recommend using half a shot or it could get a bit over-powering.It should combine well with other syrups too, providing a buttery base for gingerbread or cinnamon, but again I'd recommend using half-shots or things could get sickly.All things considered, a tasty and versatile syrup. Recommended.

Another winner from Sweetbird
Sweetbird coffee syrups are delicious and versatile. I am a fan of the flavoured lattes that you can buy at the likes of Starbucks, Costa, etc but do not love the prices so much. Using these I can make something very similar at home whenever I feel like it, great for my bank balance, perhaps not so great for my waistline but hey ho. This flavour also works well as a flavour for milkshakes and a sauce for ice cream, it's delicious, if you like butterscotch flavour you can't go wrong!

Fantastic flavour.
Excellent flavour to add to coffee with an especially sweet kick, and with it coming in a larger bottle it lasts way longer than the other brands - fantastic value.

Lattes for half the price
Bought for my wife and daughter, they loved the butterscotch lattes, but balled at the shop prices. This is just the job and they say better than certain high Street brands you may have heard of.

Fabulous syrup
Add a couple of tablespoons of syrup to double cream, whisk to peaks and add to puddings, desserts, in fact anything sweet and this just makes it very naughty but extremely nice !!!

Lovely coffee syrup, bought it as a change to my usual flavour. Buttery and sweet, but you can vary the level of sweetness depending on how much you use.

I looked every where for good butterscotch syrup to make butter beer ( from Harry Potter).Tastes amazing the consistency with the drink is great and it can last for a long time , best before April 2016 ,which is a perfect.Good value for money
