Too small with no support
Went by the measurements but is way too tight getting into my hand, to the point of being painful.The fabric is soft and comfortable when on but doesn’t feel as if there is any support.As they come in a pack of two maybe if they were worn together, on top of each other, it might give a thicker support feeling.Not for me so have returned.

These gave no support to the hands and wrists, appeared to be made out of simple nylon material.a small stretch.Not really very effective.

you get what you pay for
I'm female senior citizen with arthritis which has now travelled to my thumb lower joint. I purchased this thumb support knowing it was just a mild support which it is. I got the small size and it fits without causing any problems but I feel the support may not be enough. I will keep it as it is good value for money. Its a bit difficult to get on but once on ok. I did purchase a heavier one which I will try later and let you know how that one is. The quality is efficient but not sure its endurable.

The sleeve appears small and light compared to other wrist/thumb supports but it is the best I have used. I have strain/pain on my thumb in my right hand (I am rH'd) and cannot manage for long without support. Others are restrictive but this provides support and mobility.
