Very happy with this product. I installed it into a green house connected to a thermostat and ran the supply off of a HVAC leg. With the air hepa filtered on the unit and the house temp at a constant 70/71, when it calls for cooling the fan pulls that extra air in with the adjustable speed and power to move cool air in. Easy to install, works great, and Vivosun Quality as always.

I'm questioning whether there is something wrong with this fan. It works but it is very loud. I found that a wire from the motor was looped up and touching the fan blade. I pushed it down with hemostats. The fan runs quiet as expected now.

I live in a high moisture state so I have very high humidity and I have a small tent that’s about 3 x 2 1/2 x 5 1/2‘ and this little fan was not enough to completely manage this tent, but it did cool the tent off by itself Wasn’t strong enough so I ended up buying a viva sun in-line fan instead of returning this little fan I kept it and now I use it as a nonpassive when needed and that it works perfectly it’s light so I literally installed it directly in the vent of the temp since I have two clamping sites on the temp and hold it perfect and That’s it 2426 bucks totally worth it, but I would say don’t think it will be your final solution if you live in a humid climate

I bought this to improve airflow between my basement and main floor, but I found that it was too noisy, even on the lowest setting. I know it gave the decibel rating, but it's hard to know just how noisy that is in real life. I couldn't talk over the noise this fan put off. If you're using it in a duct that is far away from living areas, it might be just fine.

The first fan ordered did not work as it should - when turning the controller knob, there is a humming noise like a voltage transformer and the blades hardly move. Then suddenly in some position the fan turns on at full power and makes quite a lot of noise, about 28 decibels - it's nothing. Turning the regulator knob to maximum turns the fan off. I thought I had gotten a defective fan and decided to replace it with another one of the same kind, so to speak, to give the company a chance. However, the second one has exactly the same problem. Too bad, the window insert for the 4” vent from this company is quality, no complaints.

Vivosun is a great company to deal with. Awesome customer support. I installed this in my dryer exhaust line and it has sped up my dry time. Fan runs quiet and every efficient. Can’t go wrong with this product.

Quiet and smooth. It would be nice if this thing could get a little bit slower, because it goes from what feels like should be about half speed up to full speed. Some lower setting would be nice. It doesn't howl, whine, or roar, there are no motor sounds, the only real sound is just the air flow. It works well for the price. I will update this if it doesn't last long, but so far I have no reason to think it won't.

Se ve y se siente la calidad en los materiales, hace muy poco ruido a maxima potencia aunque me hubiera gustado que tuviera más potencia pero cumple.

We are using this in our sauna wall to vent out and it works great, moves a good amount of air and is quiet.

A mi me funciona como "inyector" de aire a la carpa y complemento con un extractor en la parte superior. Funciona mejor para ventilar y no para extraer. Ventajas es que tiene 2 niveles de operación, es ligero y puedes colgarlo. Puede adaptarse un tubo e inyectar aire a la carpa o puedes ponerlo directo en la entrada de la carpa si tienes las entradas con el tamaño adecuado. Fíjate bien antes de comprar que diámetro tienen tus entradas de aire. Estaría muy bien que incluyeran algún tipo de colgante o abrazaderas. Por lo demás cumple

Bon produit facile a installer. Ce ventilateur est a vitesse basse . Le dimmer sur l appareil est plus ou moins efficace il ne reduit pas assez a mon gout. Pour le bruit moyen si j aurais voulu mieux j aurais payer 200$. Bien conçue solide.

Absolutely trash , noisy , controller does not work and after 45 days of operation bearing decided to grenade and pile up , fan stopped did not trip breaker came home to smell of hot burning electrical I suggest you stay far away from their products
