I must have bought at least 10 of these things in the past, all of them were so flimsy and really had no purpose. This one however was a game changer, it’s thick durable. It’s super comfortable at the same time. The shoulder straps are thick, therefore they don’t cut into you anywhere. I bought the XL but I will definitely be able to adjust this to Weight Loss that I am currently undergoing, it will last me for ages. An added bonus is that it’s keeps your tummy secure which is great for me because I’ve just had a hysterectomy, makes me feel nice and protected. If you had doubts about these in the past for the same reasons as me, don’t fear, this is the one that you need to get!

This brace is okay , the sticky part is strong so you can make it as tight as you want . Does gives my shoulders support while I sit and work for 8 hrs a day in front of the laptop. After a few hrs it might get uncomfortable so I like to take breaks with it. I take it off for an hour then put it back on. I usually wear XL size cloths so I got this 1 size smaller. The L size and it fits fine.

The plastic rods are too bendy, doesn't help to keep a good posture at all. Same applies for the shoulder straps, they are way too stretchy. When it's on, you have to make it so tight to feel something holds around your shoulders that the whole thing presses your stomach into your spine. Uncomfortable and not helping. Return costs more than the item was so I threw that money of the window. Not recommended at all.

This item doesn’t really help my posture, even when on tight. It was worth a go but it’s not a medical item. Wearing it, even for a brief time, actually made me feel sick?

Great product which was recommended by a family friend and having initially purchased one, which my partner made use of, his backpack was considerably reduced and he wasn't 'slumped over' whilst working at his desk. So a second one was purchased for me and I've started feeling the benefits of reduced backpack after a 12-14 hour day and my posture actually appears to be improved as I don't feel stressed having to get in and out of various vehicles during the my working day.
