Bought it a month ago and it’s been doing the job just fine. No spills at all. I use it mainly for delivering drinks and sodas—everything stays tight and secure. It holds up well even with multiple bottles inside. Zipper’s fine, insulation works, and I haven’t run into any issues so far. Good for delivery drivers who need something dependable without paying a premium.

A los pocos uso se me daño la cremallera /Zipper.Actualización: Ellos se comunicaron conmigo por mi reseña y me hicieron un reembolso, por el problema del zipper que trajo la mia, realmente esta mochila me gustó mucho y si no fuera por el problema del zipper hubiese sido perfecta para mi pero me consta que ellos estan trabajando en la calidad de este producto.

Bag has been working perfect for food/drink delivery whether on 2 wheels or 4. So far has fit everything except pizza boxes (small/personal pan excluded). Keeps everything hot/cold amd the exterior cup holders work better than I would have imagined.

This is such a cool bag. It is strong (no problems with the zipper), has a large capacity, and is working well with our bike rider. I love the safety feature of the reflective green strips. The bag really stands out! I highly recommend.
