Excellent product, fruit and vegetable dehydrators best friend. Solid build, not flimsy at all like other "as seen on TV" products. Easy to set up and easy to adjust. Clean up is easy and safe as long as settings are set to 0. Operating instructions are clear. Would recommend.

I finally found a good mandoline slicer. I bought 2 other ones on Amazon which I returned because they didn’t work right. This one is easy to use, saves me so much time, it’s easy to get the right thickness (it slices very thin and you can make it thicker) and makes match sticks too. It took me a minute to figure out how to choose the right settings but I was able too. And it’s easy to clean and foods for storage. I don’t have to struggle to use it. I have cut cabbage, carrots, cucumbers, onions, peppers, potatoes (makes a good size French fry), zucchini, celery, broccoli (for broccoli slaw). Not good with tomatoes or any soft vegetable. The price was good too. It feels sturdy and made well. It’s also safe to use. I’m happy with it!
