Wash your hands!
This stuff works great. But don’t accidentally wipe your hands or your nose before you wash them. And don’t leave them on too long.

Not for me.
What I received and what I thought I was going to receive was totally different.This is NOT like other patches that peel away easily for the skin. The adhesive used is a bandage or plaster adhisive and strong. When removed my husband had to use an adhesive resolver, and it still hurt horribly bad. It stuck like super glue!

Very strong odor
Not as much heat as I would like and the smell is a bit strong and off putting. Won’t be a repeat buyer.UPDATE: To the sellers credit I received a refund for the patches. VERY IMPRESSED THAT THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT!
