I found this to be a great body wash that nourishes and moisturizes the skin The fragrance is mild and soothing and leaves the body feeling extremely relaxed. It's really easy to use daily.

A good regular bodywash, didn't help with muscle relaxation or sleep quality
It didn't relax my muscles or promote sleep but smells great and is lightweight. Foams well. A good regular bodywash but not effective in what it claims to be. Plus if you sweat and lot and need proper body cleaning then once again, this bodywash will not do that job well. It is very mild and gentle. I use it before bedtime.

Fragrance is mild and not overpowering. On regular usage it provides a very relaxing refreshing feeling. Does not dry out the skin and makes it feel moisturised. Very good post gym/tired day.
