Hi. It looks nice and has a nice soft feel to it. I don’t know what happened during shipping but there were no installation items or instructions. The long box it came is was destroyed at both ends. Someone, maybe the post office put this item in about a 16x16 box and delivered to the door. But the plastic dodads to put in the wallboard and screws and Allen wrench were missing. The 2 towel racks were in good shape so I have stuff around the house and I installed them.

Easy to install and looks great! Perfect for 2 large towels and feels sturdy.

I was concerned with if the plates were positioned incorrectly, bu there are small adjustment on the handle if needed. I got my plates first time with no adjustments needed. May want to add level to the instructions for the eye ball installers. My hardware went into masonary and held great!

These bath towel rods are sturdy and a great value for the money. No wonder they are highly rated! Easy to install and a wonderful upgrade to the bath.

These towel rods are everything you expect them to be, but I felt like they seemed a little rinky after installing them... Days later I noticed them pulling away from the wall. Come to find out the screw/anchor combination they send aren't great, the screw doesn't blow out the anchor in the wall for a strong hold. I used drywall anchors (the kind that self-screw) and wider screws. They are super tight to the wall and feel solid.
