How many pounds is this? Is this $38.99 for only 10 pounds

It's a 5kg size bag (11 pounds). It's an exceptional flour and I use it for specialty baking. I used to get it when I lived in Canada and now can only get it here. When I bought it a few months ago, it was $50 (and totally worth it to me as it lasts me a year), so the price has gone down.
