There is a slight tingling sensation when applied which is good as you know its working
I've been using this product for over a year now. Its actually a cost effective way of obtaining equivalent of a salon standard facial peel without the harsh side effects. There is a slight tingling sensation when applied which is good as you know its working! My skin is then left extremely soft and radiant. I am 47 and this is my absolute must have anti-ageing product!

Over priced, over hyped and NOT a "peel"
This tube of “exfoliating peel” is small; okay so I knew it was 50ml, but how many of us can actually visualise 50ml? It comes in a deceptively large box which has the now common inner sleeve to stop the small contents rattling about inside, thereby giving the game away. I make no apology for my cynicism. And the price! Whoa – it's expensive for what is basically a face pack.Ah, but they call it an “exfoliating peel”. Exfoliators usually have ingredients that give the product a texture – a slight grittiness, if you will, as it's this that helps remove dead skin. This is a smooth-as-a-baby's-bottom gel, so I can't see how it could be any good at exfoliating. Next it's a “peel”. No it isn't. This does not peel. It dries to a certain extent, but remains slightly sticky, and then has to be washed off.The list of ingredients starts with “aqua” - water to you and me (and why put the word “water” in brackets, why not just list it instead of the pretentious “aqua”), is then followed by a list of unpronounceable chemicals, and then finally a few natural sounding bits and pieces.Next we have an endless list of mind-boggling claims, one being that “every skin type can restore a more youthful appearance and vital glow”. It will make my skin “ retexturised, brighter, smoother, clearer and more vibrant”. Recommended use is 1 – 3 times a week – yes, a week! This is a bit extreme isn't it? I would have thought once a week is sufficient for anyone. Could this be another marketing ploy? If used, say, twice a week, that little tube of 50ml isn't going to last long. And now, have a look at that Product Description on this website – unbelievable, but it's this that really amuses me: “Pleasure, practicality, price, performance, patriotism are the other hallmarks of this brand.” Yes, really.Okay, so now I've pointed out what I don't like, I'll get to what I did like: it is easy and pleasant to use. It's quite a thick, clear gel which feels smooth and cool on application. I left it on for the maximum fifteen minutes then rinsed off – it will NOT peel – and it did leave my skin feeling fresh and clean for a while. Be warned – when rinsing off, keep your mouth firmly closed; I got a tiny trickle into my mouth as it tastes absolutely vile! I doubt my skin would tolerate, or need, more than a weekly application. So, my verdict: overpriced and over hyped

Nice but expensive
I wouldn't call this a "peel" - when removing it it certainly doesn't peel off (perhaps it would peel if a thicker layer was applied as the instructions demand, but at this high price you want to conserve what's in this small tube and a thin layer seems to work well enough to me) but it's more like wiping off sticky congealed gel - you really want a face flannel to do this. The gel stings a little when first applied but not massively. The effect on the skin is very impressive though, removing the top layer of dead skin cells leaving it so smooth and cleansed.

This is a nice product and it has a pleasant smell
This is a nice product and it has a pleasant smell. However, I'm not sure about the impact it has. I also feel that it's quite expensive. With this in mind, I'm not sure that I'd choose it again as there are cheaper products out there that do as good a job.

Surprisingly good
This really does seem to do it says on the tin, offering an immediate visible difference after the first use that lasts at least a couple of days.So while five minutes is quite long time to be mesangial product into one's face, I'd say the results are worth it.

No obvious benefits to justify the high price
A very small tube inside a lrather arge box - the 50cl tube looks like a travel size pack to me but it costs nearly £20! My wife has tried it out, it feels fine on the skin, goes on like a clear gel, and washes off easily - no special preparations are required for this simple procedure, although the instructions suggest otherwise. She felt no adverse side effects in terms of irritation or stinging and reports that her skin felt quite smooth and clean afterwards, but no more so than using a gentle exfoliator at a fraction of the price.

Very Good
First things first, it was my wife who tried this out rather than me.It is a gel that goes onto the face and is left there for 10/15 minutes. It tingles when it is on and your face is left tingling when the gel is removed. The skin is left feeling refreshed and clean, although whether it leaves you looking any younger is a moot point.Overall a not unpleasant sensation.
