I'm a 22 year old female who has been struggling with thinner hair and weak nails for years now. I used to use dry shampoo on my hair a LOT, so nearer the front of my hairline, there are a few patches from where the hair has not been able to breathe and fall out (specifically where I used the dry shampoo). I was desperately looking for a vitamin or some sort to really help me out. I tried multivitamins, hair masks, you name it. Even took a blood test at the doctors who said everything was healthy. I was thoroughly researching amazon when I came across this product. A lot of the reviews praised this product which intrigued me. Another factor was it including biotin AND zinc which are miracle workers for bones and hair. So I took the risk and ordered it. At first I was sceptical but really determined. Immediately I noticed a difference in my nails after one week. They were growing without chipping or breaking. A month later and I had seen no difference in my hair. I was growing impatient, although you are supposed to wait at LEAST 3 months before you see a difference...I ordered this product at the end of September. It is now mid January and I can honestly say I am SO happy with this product. My hair is thicker, shinier, healthier and longer! My nails... they're just beautiful, long and strong. I've still got a while until my dosage finishes but I will be buying this product over and over again for a lifetime. This is what i was looking for. This is what i needed. I love it.(No, I have not been paid to write this review nor did I receive any discounts to write it. This is purely me and my own words. I don't normally write reviews but this most definitely needed one and if I could give it more than 5 stars, I would!)

Following Chemotherapy in Dec 2015 and the loss of my hair I was keen to grow my hair back as soon as possible. The growth was dreadfully slow so I continued to wear my wig. I saw the reviews for this product and decided to give it a go. The result was quite amazing, my hair started growing back quickly and was much thicker. An added bonus was my nails that had suffered from the Chemotherapy became less brittle and much stronger and also grew quicker. Over a year later I continue to take a tablet a day and my hair is thick and glossy. Some might say it was just my body finally recovering from all those horrible chemo chemicals, or a bit of both but these tablets did what they said they would do so Im happy.

Just finishing my 1st bottle and now nearly a year later my nails have actually improved and started to grow slowly after being very weak and flakey for years. My hair is still weak and my skin has never been a problem. I have now purchased my 2nd bottle and will continue to use religiously. Just an update my nails are still improving and my hair is now actually a lot thicker so pleased my consultant recommend I try a Biotin supplement

I've been taking these supplements for a couple of years now. I still shed a lot of hair because of my age but nothing like I am now. I ran out of these a couple of months ago and didn't for whatever reason re order. I've just ordered more because this last month I have shed so much hair I'm in shock. So they obviously work because I didnt loose half as much when I was on them. I think the price put me off but if it stops me going bald it's worth the money

My nails have always been ridged, and as I approached 40 some of the ridges started consistently splitting (longitudinal splits). It's taken just over five months, but this supplement seems to have done the trick: for the first time in several years, I have not a single split and I can keep my nails at my preferred length of 3-4 mm past my fingertips without them breaking off.I have not noticed faster hair or nail growth (then again I never felt either of them wasn't growing fast enough), and it did take 5 months, during which I noticed no difference whatsoever. I assume the fix is at the very root of the nail, and it took this long for the defective parts to grow out.I assume I'll be a customer for life :) Please note, I paid regular price for the pills and wrote the review because I was skeptical and I'm genuinely happy with my results.

The product arrived with bottle loosely wrapped in cling film and no security seal on bottle.. impossible for me to be certain that the product has not been interfered with in transit .. not happy at all . Returning it

So been taking one a day for a few months, I’m not convinced it’s making my menopausal hair loss any better.
