I’ve had this for over 6 months now and it has completely changed postage for my home business.Before I used to print each address, cut each individually then stick them onto each package with sellotape. With 6 or 7 orders per day (which doesn’t sound like much but that time adds up) I used to dread postage. This just prints shipping labels in seconds and I pop them on the packages.I saw a mixed reviews of these so I waited 6 months before leaving my review to ensure nothing has gone wrong with it, and nothing has.I can print from Mac, IPad & phone. It does take a little set up for Mac but there’s a video explaining how to do this. I just print from iPhone mostly as it’s convenient. Loads of preset and customisable templates for other stuff like ‘thanks for your purchase’ I’ve only used one which has been great.I found it difficult to ‘justify’ the initial expense of one of these but I ended up going for it and have no regrets, time and money saved is definitely worth it for me.One negative of this model, the voice activation. First up it’s not really useful, I used it at the start as a novelty but I haven’t found a real need for it. However when I’m not using the machine it will randomly think I’m saying ‘mumbyn’ in conversation and say ‘I’m here’. So I placed a sticker over the mic and speaker which has solved the problem.Overall I couldn’t recommend enough.

Finally, a low cast Wi-Fi thermal printer that actually works and is easy to setup.Note if you want to use this over Wi-Fi from your PC you will need a smartphone with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth this is because the app from Munbyn connects to the printer via Bluetooth then allows you to setup the Wi-Fi on the printer. Also you need to make sure the IP address when setting the driver up is the one on the Printer, you can find this by long pressing the button on the top of the printer to get a status sheet this come out in 4x6 format and will have you ip address. Also note that this is not a 5Ghz Wi-Fi it's 2.4Ghz but once you have the printer connected to your router all will be good.

The printer is looking good , and printed good quality labels for the first week after purchase, after that it starting to have connection problems in the way that i had to reconnect it every 10-15 minutes , but i belived that this happens because sometimes i has a couple a minutes break before printing a label...now after around 1 month since purchase its disconnecting every lables....most of the time takes 2-3 attempts ti reconnected to the app....this is my second munbyn printer ,first one was just with Bluetooth connection and i send it back because i couldn't set it properly , i bought a wifi connection one, double the price thinking that i can use it using just the wifi connection from my phone , but in the end if i dont have active my Bluetooth in the same time with the wifi it wonr work , completely waste of money and more importantly completely waste of time as i bought this printer to save time printing my dispatch labes.

The media could not be loaded. Such a great label printer. So easy to set up and connect with my phone. The app has some great designs to print on various sized stickers which are easy to edit to your preference. Print quality is great, much better than I was expecting.WiFi connection is great and easy to set up.Looking forward to receiving my first order so I can print the shipping label!

Purchased this thermal printer as it was the only WI-FI thermal postal printer available on Amazon at time of purchase and we were offered a 30% discount. Having previously purchased a 9.5/10 recommended Jadens thermal printer we were very disappointed as the Bluetooth connection was unstable.Set up instruction are quite basic – (driver is on a dongle included with the item).Installation offers WI-FI and USB connection – USB connection is stable however we wanted to use this item on WI-FI via an office network. Unfortunately, the instruction are not the best – and windows doesn’t recognise the additional printer as it would with any other printer on install. Eventually resolved by printing a test label which identifies the IP address of the printer on the network and then entering this in the install procedure rather than the random IP address that pops up. However once installed on a specific network the printer will only work on that network. All PC’s using the printer need to be on the same network as the printer otherwise it's a no go. UPDATE: Has succesfully worked over the last month - for both Post Office, Pitney Bowes, DPD and UPS thermal printer labels.Yes the voice is annoying but at least you can turn it off!Summary – use on USB excellent – used on WI-FI be prepared for some issues on installation and a possible software reinstall after a major windows update.
