Q: Is it aggressively firm?

It is not aggressively firm, but it does "smooth you out" nicely. The fabric is very soft on the skin.

Q: Will the contouring in the bottom area show through a tight fitting gown?

No. I wore my tight fitting Jersey material wedding gown and it did not show at all... very smooth. I wore a thong underneath to ensure no pantilines

Q: I need a extra small one how can i order that one or does it not come in that size

My opinion, if you are an extra small you want need this
